The problem atleast for me dollar and pounds arent the currencie here, soo i will have to exchange it accordingly the rates of the fiat market, i wouldnt like to get paid with bitcoin as i would be forced to exchange to fiat to pay bills, soo if i were living at USA i would consider about it, but in the end we cant pay yet directly with bitcoin, only with debit card.

Accepting bitcoin as a salary is ok if it is a part time but if it is a full time, I think it's not wise since it is hard to spend bitcoin to use in our daily lives. Because of the instability of bitcoin, a salary of a full time job can be 2X more or less than the normal wage one receives in his/her full time job. It can be inconvenient and can cause budget shortage. Even if many stores accept bitcoin from where I live in, I still won't choose to be paid via bitcoin at a full time job because of volatility.

Yeah you are right that bitcoin can not be use for directly in some places or some countries so then we can not accept bitcoin as our salary and it can be possible to accept bitcoin in the near future because bitcoin is going to popular and i hope bitcoin can be acceptable in everywhere in the world in the near future so then we can easily use and accept bitcoin as our salary .

Yes if things change in future then we can afford to accept salary in bitcoins but as of now its better to go with fiat as fiat will only take care of our spending as bitcoin is not accepted anywhere yet.

No! I won't accept it as a salary, it will be a big problem to me if I accept that things. It is because the price now of bitcoins is not that stable yet. Maybe if the price at least is 2000$/per BTC.

I dont think like that and it doent matter if price of bitcoin is 2000USD or 200USD because we will be paid bitcoin according to that,the main problem is instability of bitcoins and only because of that reason i will not accept my currency in bitcoins other wise no problem with current price.

yes , in the future when i do job then i would like to get my salary in bitcoin . because with the received payment of salary in bitcoin can useful for making more profit by holding this for long time .

You shouldn't see accepting Bitcoin as your salary as something cool. You have to look at how useful it is in your daily life, and understand the risks that are tied to Bitcoin. It's not an easy thing if you have a lot responsibilities such as a mortgage, a family, etc.

it's easy i can withdraw my bitcoin with fee only 1% in local bitcoin ATM, it's lower fee than real salary, i must pay arround 5% for salary tax

I am a jobless person so yes if someone offer me a job that pays in bitcoin, I would surly accept it.

it have a point. the point is . if you can earn good money and more than what you are earning from real life job than you should with bitcoin, no matter if bitcoin accepted or not.. I think in most countries an average middle class person can earn around 200 to 300$ per month. but a bitcoiner, if he have good knowledge and experience can easily make 1000 to 1500$ a month.. this is the main point to receive bitcoin as salary.

That amount you can earn only if you are a freelancer as if you are a part of any company then they will pay you fixed salary in bitcoins which can be risky if price falls in future.

Salary on another side job, yes. Maybe freelancing and doing some stuff online like graphic designing, programming and technical SEO. But if a salary for my day job? I think that would be hard since not many basic needs can be bought by bitcoin as of now. I would need to deal with exchanges more often than just use cash directly for my expenses.
