I will only accept bitcoin as my salary if my work are related on this currency but if not ofcourse, I will not accept it because its really hard for me to spend this coins specially when it come to physical things like buying some things and many things that can't do with bitcoins , In the future maybe yes i will accept it but not this time
That was a good thing if you work in a currency which you will accept your salary in full .but i am worried cause surely your salary will be affected with the currency's fluctuation.
Bitcoins are not so popular now and can't be use in many store .You're right it is not effective this time maybe in the future it will have many use.

It's not just that, also there's the instability of the price. Let's say you get 1btc of monthly salary and in he next few weeks the price drops drastically and you're left with half what you've got. It's inconvenient due to that instability.

Probably just about 20% I think because I don't wanna spend all the bitcoin in my real life since I can buy cash with it like buying clothes and so on. I'm only using bitcoins to but some stuffs that I need. And some of us really need cash the most specially those people who has their own family that needed cash to buy the things that their family need in everyday living.

I would consider accepting the salary in bitcoin. The only problem is that all my bills and loans have to be paid with local fiats so I would have to convert the bitcoins into fiats. BTC is not accepted in my country. No merchants accept it even. So I would only have an option to convert into fiat and utilize the amount got from conversion.

Its not a smart decision to make to get paid in bitcoin in the form of salary, as if price falls tomorrow then it will affect my income very badly and I need to keep on waiting to sell them till price goes higher.
That is also the way that I see it. A lot of people say that the price is stable, but at any moment it could just drop and you would lose all of your money.
Stable price is not fun to see, I mean how can we make profit on that in trading. I still want to see the normal swing of bitcoin price that is so volatile so I can make profit doing day trading. If I rely on working only I would care so much for a stable price for my earnings not to decrease its value when converted to fiat.

Stable price is not fun? Are you new to trading world? A stable price means that the currency is strong and generally used by most people in the planet.

What is the essence of other traders doing forex trading if it's not profitable?
I think traders can not earn income if the price would be stable that is why it is good that the price will be fluctuating and me as a trader i can take the advantage on that sequence. Trading is much profitable than gambling, and on the topic i do not want to received my salary in terms of bitcoin i do not like my life complicated.

Its not a smart decision to make to get paid in bitcoin in the form of salary, as if price falls tomorrow then it will affect my income very badly and I need to keep on waiting to sell them till price goes higher.

But you could look at it the other way round as well:
when you get your salary in bitcoins and the price rises the next day, it will affect your income in a positive way.
It's always a question of perspective.

Besides... I would like to have a part of my income in bitcoins. That would spare me the time to convert fiat into bitcoins.
Companies will never prefer to pay their employees in parts as it will surely waste their time and if only few employees are aware about bitcoin then it doesn't make any sense to pay others in bitcoin who are not aware about  it.

The question if you are going to accept bitcoins and you are willing to receive that as your salary. Well for me if the company is going to implement that then I won't disagree as per the company's rules and regulation then we must follow about it. And if I am going to get paid as my salary with bitcoins for doing a bitcoin job then that's fine.

You are right we cant do anything about it if the  company would decide to pay their  employees  with  bitcoin then let it be because  its their decision and we can change it as you said we  cant disagree on  companies  rules and regulation even though you dont like to accept bitcoin  as your salary for various  reasons then  you cant do any thing about it but  to accept  it, that situation would be beneficial to you  if your country does have   merchants  do accept bitcoin  as  paid to their services and stuffs.

If the company requires. Okay that is somehow fair. Also, if the company is based on making money through bitcoin I would accept that. But I dont know any company now that does this. It is going to be hard since it is not yet popular. He might lose some employees implementing that.

I'll be happy to receive my salary in Bitcoins but if I will be allowed to make a choice I would request it to be in half since I receive my salary on 15th and 30th, It would be great if every 15th its in Bitcoins and every 30th it's in Fiat, that way I don't need to convert to Fiat if needed.
If you don't want to convert your money on Fiat, why will you accept bitcoin as your salary on the 15th? It is non-semse for a company to pay you 2 kinds of money on the same month it would be  hard on the financing department of the xompany and it will complicate things, also it is better for me accepting shares of stocks from the company as it can make me work harder for it to grow.

I would definetly accept bitcoin as my salary. But that is certainly the future that is coming soon. Anyway, has anyone a salary in bitcoin already?

for now, i think i will not accept bitcoin as my salary, but for future if there is many store online and store offline that around me was available, then i will accept bitcoin as my salary, because if i accept bitcoin as my salary for now, i think it will be hard to find store offline that accept bitcoin as their payment.
you can exchange it into your local fiat mate, the only problem is the fluctuation so receiving salary is not good if the price went down before you received or exchange it into your local currency.

Exchanging bitcoin to fiat is not a problem, but the main problem is price fluctuations, and your income will depend on the price of bitcoins and it can be below your expectations if price falls down extremely.

volatility is the main problem as to why people shouldn't have their full salary paid out in bitcoin. that's why i don't understand why some people say that they surely will accept their salary in bitcoin. they either have no bills to pay, or they just say it to increase their post count.

LOL I think you are right may be they are more interested in increasing their post count and to be honest I never felt that its a good idea to get paid in bitcoins as it can never give stable income.
