For me having bitcoin as my salary for my regular job is risky because price of bitcoin is not stable, we don't know when its price will go down or up, risky yet a good idea.

Asked my boss to pay me in BTC, they said no because of the legal issues. How to put it in the balance sheet?
\

So that suggests your boss has the intention to use bitcoin but can't do it because he is bound by law.

bit coin is more than seven years old. in that time it becomes more mature, robust, and secure. it is very easy to get paid. and it is very easy to spend. day by day bit coin get more demons. so i like to accept bit as my salary. it is very easy for transferring and secure.

I think Bitcoin being use to pay salary is a good idea by those companies and I will advise those that has company to invest in Bitcoin and use the earning to pay the staffs salary through Bitcoin. Why we should not be afraid to use Bitcoin as salary is that Bitcoin is the money for future and  for those that are ready to use Bitcoin now will get reward in futures.

Hmm.. actually it depends on the country you are living in and it`s attitude towards crypto-currency - as for me, I would definately accept bitcoin as my salary, but I would also convert a half of it into fiat, because as for now it`s easier to use it in everyday life Smiley

I would accept bonuses payment in bitcoins. For salary, the bitcoin is too unstable and volatile.
