Yes, i like bitcoin, everywhere, not only here, but also in my life. If i can get salalry with bitcoin, it will be the most wonderful thing in the world.   Wink
But the problem is if you accept bitcoin as your salary make sure that company are always relaying in present price not a fixed price because the price of bitcoin is unpredictable any time the price of bitcoin will increase or decrease..

In Europe there is a hot new pertaining to a company whose going to introduce paying bitcoins to their employees. But given the instability of the bitcoins market value is it an advantage for the employees or an disadvantage. In my opinion this kind of payment for salary is not yet beneficial to employees not until bitcoins price has become stabled. Though if bitcoin will start to increase its monetary value it can be advantageuos but if not then it is a peril to the employees. So what do you think, what is your opinion on this matter?
For now I think it can be, even if the price rise or fall, because there will be some adjustments to the salary according to the current currency of the country. But, bitcoin should be so famous there and many stores accepted bitcoin.

even though bitcoin prices as quite unstable, I maybe would still accept it since bitcoins would most probably rise in price in the future anyway. Paying bills and buying groceries would be hard though.

I would be considerably more willing to accept Bitcoin as my salary if it was the primary currency or means of payment, but since it isn't that's already a detractor. But I wouldn't necessarily be against accepting Bitcoin as my salary if I was able to have some form of insurance against the market volatility, but I would probably only want a portion of my salary in Bitcoin, so that I can reliably keep my bills and everything paid for relatively safely.

i think it would be a nice change of pace if i could receive my salary as bitcoin but also it may cause some troubles down the road for spending it.

Yes because you care for bitcoin price. Smiley So why bother to make your salary in bitcoin if most of the times you are dealing with fiat payment of products.

Just continue to accumulate coins on your preferred method of earning it and everything will be fine.

I believe that someday there will be more price stability and that'll be a better option.

It will take ages. And I don't know whether Bitcoin is going to survive for another 10-15 years... First we need to expand and strengthen the Bitcoin user-base. Right now, less than 100,000 individuals are using BTC actively, and this low number makes Bitcoin very vulnerable to market rigging and manipulation by short-term traders.

10 years is not too long. And users will exponentially increase as more users will be influencing others to use bitcoin. Not so long ago bitcoin is unknown and tagged as scam. But now the price is quite steady and more users are added everyday.

I will never prefer to receive my salary in bitcoins as price of bitcoin is too volatile and it makes it really risky and we can never have stable income if we get salary in bitcoins.
why not? it would allow you to make some good profit if you took bitcoin as an investment

You can make profits only if price goes higher in future and there is no assurance that it will be higher and if price falls suddenly then it will affect your monthly income and that is a big risk.
Yep. Bitcoin does seem like it goes up alot, but if you have a sudden need for fiat and something bad has recently happened (An exchange hack, for example), then bitcoin will be of a low value and you will have to wait a while for it to recover.

That is going to be a hassle thing if you are going to accept your salary as bitcoin to your company. But if you are really working for bitcoins then that's a good payment method so that you can receive your salary easily. But it is risky if you are going to do that, remember that bitcoin has unstable price and always fluctuating.
I agree with my top, because if you want to received your salary in bitcoin you also received unstable salary which is not good for you and also you can not received full amount of your salary because of the charge of exchanging into fiat because also you can not spend bitcoin directly in different stores they not yet accepting bitcoin.
Do not forget there are some people is wanna to taking the risk with it and they're not feeling doubt for taking their salary into bitcoin form, sometimes their salary is will more large and small I think. they've agreed with that.

Its really up to their decision if they would accept bitcoins as their salary because some people are risk takers and have high hopes for bitcoins price would be good and high in the future that why they like to recieve bitcoins as their salary some may refuse because of its volatility and they dont want  their salary would be reduced in times that bitcoins price would go down.

I would gladly accept, oh, somewhere between 20% to 40% of my salary in BTC. After a few pay periods I'm sure I'd adjust the % up or down. Just wish I had the opportunity.
