Bitcoin is an investment like any other. Newbies will probably learn their lessons about bitcoin brutally if they decide to invest without prior knowledge, especially considering that they either enter or exit at the wrong times.
But that's life. In short, they need analyse the past a bit to have an understanding of the economic workings of bitcoin or they will learn the hard way.

Ideally you should not invest your hard earned savings in to any asset, for which you don't have sufficient knowledge. And in case you do that and lose all or a part of that money, then you have only yourselves to blame. The technology and idea behind Bitcoin is not rocket science. It takes only a few hours to understand them and all the information is available in the public domain.

Man I tried to get my grandfather an EX airforce fighter pilot of 22 years to invest. He was talking to me about how he had some gold stashed back and stocks in Valero Gas. I said grandpa you need to invest in crypto currencies. I told him to buy bitcoin back in April and he did not listen. Since I have told him BTC has went from $3500 up to $13000 I keep messaging him saying I hope you listened and invested. Of course he is not answering now. Sad part is he taught computer programming at the community college in my town. You would think a programmer would know BTC is a great idea....

I believe the reason he did not invest was because all the incidents with the dark web. He is a full blown American and believes in Taxes and etc. I tried to explain Crypto Currency is not illegal.

He did not listen....

Joining Bitcoin is a matter of choice but before joining I must advise doing proper homework, research, and analysis as it will help to dive safely in the Bitcoin market.
i agree with you. Before joining or entering crypto society they MUST research on what it is all about.
You still need to work it out by yourself but you can also learn in forum. If you are going to enter crypto right now.
Forum is one of the best training ground and also for you to gather more information.

I agree that having sufficient knowledge before taking actions or doing any investments is always helpful in make constructive analysis. Forums are always good place for self learners to start from where not only it guides but also updates with latest news.

I'm a newbie and I enter crypto this spring. Nothing bad had happened yet, just don't invest a lot.

I invest in crypto just about 5-10% of every income. I hope it will work.

Yes i will suggest them. Why not this time? If they have enough money for investment, i will obviously suggest them to invest on Bitcoin. Because as a market king, bitcoin has much popularity and bright future also.

Yes, I would, only if they are willing to lock it up and throw away the key.

Not literally of course, who would be so stupid to do such a thing? *cough* Craig Wright *cough*

If indeed a newbie has the capital to buy bitcoin then I highly recommend buying bitcoin. I am sure that in the near future, bitcoin will provide huge profits and even predict that until the end of this year the price of bitcoin can reach twice the current bitcoin price. We can use the next one month to buy bitcoin because I am sure that the price will go down a little. This decline is because many sell bitcoin for children's school needs. After that the price of bitcoin will return to skyrocket. I am sure of that.

Degen in the Space
This time..

I wouldn't tell to anyone about bitcoin. If they're interested in it, then I'm there to teach them the basics. If you advise to tell them about the bitcoin, you will teach them all of your knowledge which is really hard. We have already experienced and we've been through a lot of things in the market. I only teach those persons who have willingness so they can search about it.

Your thoughts are well placed, but I believe the best time to enter into bitcoin is the very time we are now, procrastination has always been a killer of time and i believe those peeps that have been waiting to buy the deep when bitcoin was $3000 will be lamenting now. My advice to newbies is to hop in the moving train before it is too late, I see bitcoin hitting a $100k before the end of 2019.

Before advising the investor. The first thing that needs to be invested is how interested they are to invest. If there is no interest then nobody can be advised. But for the things that need to be bought in the market, there is no harm in purchasing BTC. There is an increase in the number of days.

They might be not interested in it right now, but if they are interested in earning money, they will regret that in the future. Some of my friends are so dedicated to investing in crypto currency, what they do is they ask people to invest in it and if they don't want to, they just borrow the money and put it on bitcoin. If they lost the money, they will pay them back but if they earned a profit, they will give back the money and some percentage of the profit. In the end, they grew interested and they themselves manage their investment. It is a rough road at the start but I don't know how are they doing now.

Anybody can enter bitcoin, as long as they know what they're doing in bitcoin world. Because if they are here just for the profit, surely time for them will turn into waste in the end. It is better to be here if they will start with learning about bitcoin, from its features and its usages too I think is best start. Just make sure the newbies are determine, dedicated and have passion.

Yeah of course that is truth. It's an interesting part that a lot tend to overlook and i was one of them in the past from the point of view of helping.

You can't help those who do not want to be helped, it's pretty simple, isn't it?. It's a nice habit to ask first.

I will for sure ask the person to wait a bit , since price is hanging beyond 10k$ but still not that high and suddenly when it goes high people are going to sell thus it will provide him a great opportunity to actually buy coins at that time , this way he or she can ride the bull plus buy at a very descent amount also.
Asking him for wait :- no
Specifically wait for that dip :- yes ..
I think everyone should ride the bull , the more the merrier 🤣 ..it also at the same time makes Bitcoins stronger..

ITs a bit late now but still under reccomendation.
Well if i will advice a newbie it is not to buy any tokens not coin.
I will tell them to review and make a research on this cryptocurremcy before doing anything else.
study first before getting into it is the best thing to have.
Today, many promising projects still have not moved, and their price is still at the very bottom, despite the fact that the highest-rated cryptocurrencies increased several times in the beginning of 2019.  Thus, it is these projects that can be considered today as a profitable investment, since their time will come very soon.  But at this stage it is very difficult to invest in Bitcoin, because there is a danger of a repetition of the situation at the end of 2017 and 2018, when everyone started to buy Bitcoin, and prices went down.

I think 207's ath is not likely to happen again. What happen before was a pure fomo resulting for bitcoin to increase that much in a few days. Unlike today we are going up slowly and many companies already acknowledged bitcoin and starts to apply on their business.

That I don’t plan to grant recommendation people related to what do you do. It’s an incredible associated risk together with that I wouldn’t choose to insert average joe in that, job. Consumers have to come up with their own personal actions if he or she wanna input any crypto promote, right here is the healthiest strategy.

I believe that if you are asking about bitcoin you are interested in investing. I also believe that we should advise newbies to enter because nobody should miss out on this life changing thing that bitcoin is.
You should make them aware that temporarily bitcoin can lose value and they shouldn't panic if that happens and that you shouldn't be blamed for their actions. It's their investment and their decision.
