I'd always tell newbies to enter Bitcoin as soon as possible. Make no mistake, I am not being selfish about it. I am not thinking of a new buyer at a wrong time, even if there is a pump happening. I am always thinking ahead. Bitcoin even at $10,000 is still cheap. It is time we learn lessons from those who said that $1,000 is too expensive, better wait for it to go back to $300; $3,000 is too expensive, better wait for $900; or I can't afford that $5,000, I'd be waiting for the $2,000. I would add to that learn all you can about trading in stocks and forex so you can buy Bitcoin at the right times. Forex is a good one because it is also manipulated by governments so you can learn how to deal with that.
I would recommend you read Trading in the Zone: Master the Market with Confidence, Discipline and a Winning Attitude by Mark Douglas. I thought it was a book about trading techniques but it was not. It was a book of psychologically why we make decisions we do when buying, selling and trading stocks or anything else like Bitcoin. It was tremendous in setting me free from a lot not just in trading but in life.

Making decisions could be one way to be mature enough to handle situations. So I think what I could only do for a newbie is to educate him the basics about Bitcoin. im sure if they know about bitcoin, they will join as fast as possible. i dont have newbie's friend here, that investing in bitcoin. but sometime there are people ask about investation or trading, i just explain about them but never advise to join because i know if it is risk.

as newbie they had better getting advice from any older in bitcoin. price of bitcoin is reduced bit in few days. according to most pf the crypto experts they have told this is bull trap. it is mean bitcoin going to start its bull run as last bull run. there was a point like this in last time also. therefore we had better buy bitcoin now.

There has never been a particular time it deemed fit for newbies to join and invest in bitcoin. Albeit bitcoin is on the rise now, what happens if I goes low. Won't newbies enter bitcoin again? honestly no, I do not recommend that Newbie get into Bitcoin when Bitcoin is Bullish like now, because based on my experience some time ago there was a friend who until now hated and argued that Bitcoin was a fraud.. after I investigated it turned out he bought Bitcoin at a price of $16k then the Bitcoin bear to the price of $7k he panicked and did cut loss. so I'm not advise the newbie enter Bitcoin at this time because if the market is bearish then they will become the new enemy of Bitcoin.
