Yeah Ganghung's trivias are always unique but have you checked also the other mod's trivia question?
I gurantee you more than 80% of the questions asked in the trivia's answers are hard to find on google which make the game more competitive and enjoyable though the answers were silly.
Do experience that kind of thing by asking the mods to host chat games and do let the community here what's your opinion on that.

Yes it is a random distribution for the winners that has been chosen by the system bot. I'm recommending to become active most of the time because those people that received the rain, I've observed are mostly active in the chat box all of the time.

I like the response of everyone there when you're trying to greet somebody over the chat. It may not give you an assurance to be included for the next rain but it will give you a higher chance.

Trivia's arent new when it comes to gambling sites the good thing i do see with wind dice that you do able to post out or upload images which you cant see on most gambling sites.- Correct me if im wrong.

That riddle isnt really that simple and you would really have a hard time on googling that image unless if you would given a clue.

No one knows which kind of algorithm the Windice site use to identify rain drop receivers for each round of rain drop on their site. Windice team have never put their users down, so far. Even when the site faced with exploits from abusers with more than 3 BTC lost, maybe I remembered they nearly lost 3 BTC. Then, they announced to users, put the site under maintenance, and after that they supported users who got issues with the attacks well. I don't see users say they got issues with that attack, maybe only the site attacked and lost. After all, things have gone well so far.
