Concern the slow page error problem, I think the problem will be your network connection there which I think you can complain to your ISP and about dice been hard to play I dont see anything hard to play in every dice game but it will be hard to play if you dont understand the rules with the regulations of the game. Not only the mods do rains only from their pockets, they sometimes act and do rains when possible after getting the advice of the admin.
You can really make a decent amount of money if you remain active in chat for atleast one hour(yeah spammers are always ignored).
Moreover we mods also get game funds in order to host mini games/trivias in order to make the members enjoy their gambling in the site.
And yeah new surprises are always in queue.

I don't have issues with withdrawals too in windice and it's very quick. A gambler choice would always be like this, after dicing with windice you'll have that comfort that your balance can be withdrawn fast.
