I agree to you buddy most gambling site have a minimum withdrawal like in my signature code stake v2 the minimum withdrawal is 0.002.
Take note Windice has a instant withdrawal no need to lower the minimum withdrawal its better to focus to maintain the site to fully function no delay on bet and many more.

Im pretty sure that people will cheat the system by makes new account as much as they want then claim for free coins and tipping it to one account. So, they can withdrawal when it meet the limits without play any game there.
