Sure, they have had plans for it, but not for now.
And, they should focus their resources (human, financial, and promotions) to make the site bigger.
I known that technical developments and new convenient features should be focused too (maybe choosing the most important things and develope them concurrently with the site's expansion and growths via promotions.

As I've mentioned before, it was already fixed, good and working again. The abuse has been found and the admin acted accordingly with that, it's impressive when the admin's are very reliable and responsive with what they have caught.

Really very much happy to see another cool feature added to the site.
The rain is no doubtly help the winners to share some of their winnings with the rest of the people. But after the implementation on the new rain feature i ses that, WinDice bot is also more often raining in the site, which leading to the serious spam in the chat like earlier.
People are also going to other chat rooms to spam messages like "Good luck", "Nice rain" in order to catch the rains.
Nevertheless i still enjoys myself being on the site and made a quite little profit also.
Let's wait to see what new features are being added to the site by WinDice.

If we refers on the domain name they choose, surely they are focusing on dice game only but it is possible to expand the service by offering some other games. Bitdice is the example, the domain name is also "dice" but they add slots and sports betting (as what I heard lately)

It depends on law regulations of each nation.
Some gambling sites have to registered with authorities, and they might ask for KYCs of those sites' customers.
Of course, for crypto, the core ideas is decentralization, no KYCs, but over time, we all saw KYCs asked by local authorities, not from exchanges.
