you can deposit even 100 satoshi if you want , there is no minimum deposit on windice
you can deposit 1000 satoshi with 1000 satoshi in fees and wait a day or two if you are not in a rush - easy peasy
or you can try things with the free faucet too , it is generous and fun , its a game instead of a boring captcha we all hate so much

There is no way around to it. Most likely use a smaller fee when depositing small amounts and wait for the right time when the recommended fees are low enough for your transaction to get confirmed. The smallest fee i've sent with a transaction was 200 satoshi and it got confirmed after several blocks.

Which action did you try to perform at Windice, and did you perform this action while the site was up or under maintenance mode?. It’s best that you drop the support a mail stating the issues you faced, then they could introspect it at their end and fix it. These updates are normal if you see many gambling websites go into maintenance mode for a while, and then come back online once those updates are installed.
