That's what he really meant to say. I haven't seen that feature into some casino but this feature I've seen on web wallets that I've used. You can determine on how much fee you want to pay to expedite the transfer and receive it depending to the fee you have set.

Maybe the dev can consider this but if not, it's okay.

From my experience also, my payouts from here and other casinos have passed through the network rather smoothly under 10 min or so. Anyhow, if you experience issues with yours you should pm the team if not drop it in the Telegram group

Concerning the payout times I can confirm its next to instant (sub 30 minutes). I do payouts on a regularly basis and never had any issues or delays!

I have no issues regarding the payouts with windice. I have tried different casinos but I won't name them, actually I'm more impress the confirming time and withdrawal on windice than with those casinos that I've tried.

I had an experience that the delay took up to 10 hours with that casino so I stopped using them. If someone will ask me what's that casino, it's a popular one but I'm not going to name it.

All casinos needs to take care of their withdrawals because there has been a surge of people who are double spending on their deposits and trying to win big at one try then withdraw instantly to make sure they are not caught. If they do not withdraw and their deposit is found to be a double spend then they can't withdraw their money and their deposit will be confiscated along with their winnings, so they do the withdrawal very quickly, like deposit instantly play right away and withdraw right away all under 30 minutes of time.

This is why sometimes casinos do make it take longer to make sure the deposit is passed and not a double spend, normally if there is nothing suspicious your withdrawal will come in very quickly but if you have deposited just recently and trying to withdraw right away then it looks suspicious.

Windice has amazing marketing and their promotions and name is heard everywhere in bitcoin world. That is why I highly support the signature campaign since that will be the one that decides on what will be the best case for windice. As long as they keep on making profits from the casino they would probably continue with the marketing and promotions since there is no reason to take them out for now.

It depends somehow when it comes to marketing then it does really contribute but mostly this area where it do always matter most
specially when its still starting and when they already built up their reputation then most probably marketing side wouldnt really be too much
to focus on.Large number of community does know and when new people do seek of for some good dice site then definitely one of the things they would mention

Windice is a newer casino so the trust thing wouldn't be the best bet to look at since it wouldn't neither show that good or bad so far.

I mean I believe in the long run it will become big and good in the trust ranking as well but that requires a bit of time and also requires to befriend a bit of the big names to get those good default trust ratings as well, without them you are only getting unofficial trust rating from regular folks like me which wouldn't show on their username just yet.

It is a good method but I never really liked the trust rating thing too much, when it is obvious its obvious but there are places with red trust that I would personally trust too (not that many green trust that I don't trust however) so I would say that shows only a tiny bit of the reality.

If it is truly your case, you should contact the owner (windice) through DM, or contact Windice's moderators through chatroom of the site. Another option for you is join the Windice forum and ask for help. However, the official option is support ticket. I don't think you get troubles if you don't abuse the site. There is a rule against multi accounts on Windice.io, and this one is usually reasons of rejected payouts.

Windice.io actually provides the same payouts, instant payouts.

I think their marketing is also helping a lot as well, promotions are great things to keep the customers in or maybe let everyone know what you are willing to give for new customers but without that promotion getting heard it would mean nothing. For example someone could be giving away 1 bitcoin for everyone who registers and deposits 1 bitcoin and only have small rollover rule yet if nobody knows then he wouldn't get customers.

Instant payout means when you ask for your payouts, Windice.io will confirm your payouts almost instantly, and within 5 minutes you will see txhash of your payouts (by look at your account payout history). However, it does not mean that you will get your coins instantly, because after txhash of your payouts appear, your transactions have to wait for confirmations on bitcoin network, it depends on bitcoin network, not Windice.io. If you see txhash, and check it on bitcoin explorer, whatever explorer you use, if you see your coins already move and wait for confirmations, you don't have to worry. 2 or 3 hours or even longer, your coins will come to you wallet.

I was late for this one, but even if I wasn't, I couldn't understand the rules. Can someone, please, explain what do the following sentences mean:
