I don't see a reason to do so. Considering the factor that it's a based crypto casino and that bitcointalk is the biggest crypto forum in our days.

Common man , I think this is a One man team site and a low budget as well so they have limited availabilities or much worst is that they are only Ignoring some queries as they are not ready to address those.
But OP is online and answers couple days ago meaning that he visited the thread at least every other day.

They already acquired their gambling license, so hopefully, they won't waste their resources to acquire that license. If they spend some funds to the acquisition of license, why not assign at least one staff to answer questions (even stupid ones), at least satisfy their potential players? By the way, their number of players goes up now to 100+. It seems they are now attracting some players though.

It's just all about giving some answers to the past queries and I think it's necessary and helpful for a starting casino to have such conversation to build engagement with their community.
But if that busyness makes them not able to reply one by one since it's not that much, I guess they have to look at that matter. It may not seem big for some but I think it do matter a lot.
^ In my own, what is the purpose of having an announcement thread here if they are not active, since they are here, they should regularly update this thread for the gambler's questions that they will probably need to know quickly. I understand being the new owner of gambling here because I witnessed different new gambling projects, they are very active in answering every query has.
However, promotions is very important for gamblkers to test your how good your games especially in UI, it should be users friendly.
It is ok if they don't have that much promotions as a start but that's really helpful for their exposure if they do so. But having conversation with the replies in here and showing how active they are.
I'm sure that many will be impressed with that action.

Community engagement is really a big factor when you want to attract new players on your platform.
Whether small or big question, they should attend to it. Because this will show how they treat the players, small or high roller.
Should be fair at all times and considering that they don't have big number of players yet, they can easily address those questions.

It is important and a big factor and that's what I'm telling. I hope that they'll go with that advice and follow it. Engagement does give confidence and builds conversation to the community.
And that's going to give them the relationship that they all wanted since they're starting to make their own community.

^ Definitely right, it could be a low budget so that they can not properly promote their gambling site. So it will probably suffer for a long-term ROI if they don't do any promotion to their casino. Because it does not mean you engage in the community you will have to lure many gamblers, while the fact that gamblers want to test first your gambling site and it will be the reason for staying. Most gambling casino that has lured many gamblers is just the marketing strategies through giving a free test in my own opinion. Nevertheless, they will improve it soon.

I see that too. I think they have many players playing some gambling game so we see that name is scrolling. Maybe they are still busy maintaining or fixing some errors on their site, because @wintomato said in the previous reply. I think @wintomato will come back and explain more to us.

I see they already update the Geographical data, so we do not see where the player comes from because that is related to their privacy. It seems @OP and the team is working hard to make their site grow because I can see some people online on that site.

I use chrome to access this site and it runs smoothly no issue at all as you are experiencing above. Try to reopen your browser and clear your cache.
I already did that before posting the issue. it doesn't really affect my gameplay but it is a little annoying not being able to see how much I have unless I click the "^" icon. right now I am not even sure if the problem is in the website or just in my browser since you are not experiencing it. anyway, they can fix it whenever they want if the problem is in their website since I could just use another browser to access their site.

They are still in the process of building and refining their casino so it is expected to receive this kind of feedback from the users but it's not a good impression to not reply to some questions and concerns especially if it involves a real bet/money. Some offer a bounty for bugs and some give compensation to users who deserved to get compensation but yeah it is a casino decision. We, potential customers expect that bugs and problems stated here won't affect us in the future.

They had already responded and tell some reason above which is acceptable and we shouldnt make out some fix bad impression just because they hadnt responded out actively and as expected there was some reason on why they havent able to do so.

When it comes to bug then it isnt necessary to have some bug bounty since the  team could really fix and find it on their own but since there's no such thing about being perfect then it isnt really bad to launch up
some program about bugs but if they can handle it out then it would really be their choice.

For new gambling sites then its just normal to have these flaws and this is where community feedbacks and recommendations would be relevant.
