It seems their site becomes better than the last time I checked. Today, I tried to use the Faucet to claim free coins and I get some Shiba Inu tokens to start. I tried to play with slots with a game named Golden Eggs. I do not see a problem, while maybe I will try to play with the other games.

But on the Dice game, because every time I clicked the Roll button, it says "Too many requests." I tried to take a break for a while and in the next minute. I tried to play again and this time, the error did not appear. I guess on Dice game, I have my luck comes as I win for 5 times in a row Grin

My first doubt is OP why aren’t you responding to the messages here?
I noticed that when I checked the site, by default the language is Russian and for that reason i guess OP here finding difficulties in replying to queries in English.
Moreover regarding the verified bankroll, has anyone really verified it?

first, the OP, who is the rep of this site should be pro-active and attentive to their thread here. if players will see about their inactivity and nonresponse to this community, i dont think they will gain the support of players from here.
second, about their withdrawal fee, you can't see the fees involved for some major coins (maybe it is understandable as they are still new in this), but a reply from them would be appreciated.
they have a lot to improve but maybe one initial step to not disappoint players is to be more engaging to the community.

If the withdrawals are not instant they should not say that they are. It's called LYC policy: "Lying to Your Customer".

The amount was very small, as I just wanted to test the site first. It was 0.13 LTC.
I received it around 8 hours after it was requested.

Also, they took a comission from it of 0.005 LTC which is,
- firstly, too much (in comparison that I paid 0.00003 LTC comission for my deposit transaction)
- and secondly, they didn't mention the comission anywhere at all.

The site is back online but I guess the site needs to get maintenance because I check on the Faucet is not work. It says Timeout 7000 ms or something like that. Besides that, I use the refresh button but it seems, the connection on the server having a problem. Hopefully, the team can solve the problem, so the site can back online without a problem.

I hope there are no KYC require to deposit or withdraw for their members. After the site offline yesterday, it is online again, but there are still a trouble to access every page, so it needs more maintenance to make sure the site can works like before. We can wait for their explanation Grin
