It is quite good that they put effort on acquiring gambling license before launching their site compared to other gambling sites where they only acquired gambling license after launching. They do have a lot more to add and to be updated. I like gambling sites that allows gamblers to exchange to crypto they wanted that is supported in the platform.
^ That is what probably you mean by the swapping of coins on the exchange on which you prefer to withdraw. I like that idea because when BTC and ETH will become a congested network and the fee is absolutely high you have a choice of swapping it into a coin that has a low fee, like LTC and XRP.
However, I amazed by the withdrawal, it is the fastest as usually, the network gets confirmation, so probably they had a hot wallet that they use to distribute funds to those who want to withdraw. Nevertheless, so far so good as per see, your site is good and yet I am tempted to create an account maybe later, and let see if they had a promotion.
