Finally, the site did an update by removing mobile verification as suggested by many other friends.
Verification using cellular is not necessary because many of us do not want to share our mobile number with other parties.
For the minimum deposit, I think they can apply a minimum deposit limit so that users inevitably have to follow the rules.
But if the casino does not set a minimum deposit, then it will not be a burden for small gamblers to try to play on their site.
If he deposits the minimum, I don't think his balance will be added automatically because he didn't reach the minimum limit that has been set but he can contact support to ask for his help to add his balance if he has sent the rest.

To deal with multiple accounts, I don't think reducing promotions is the right solution, maybe they can implement identity verification for accounts suspected of abusing promotions.
