Almost of gambling addict is high roller and wrecked, which is bring huge money to the casino. I don't think the casino want to block high roller accounts since they're making the casino survive and become bigger. Most casinos want their players to play without boundaries. So don't know how they can actually implement the last part.

I think it may be a situation in which someone from family or relatives informs the casino that the user is addicted to gambling. In such situations, the casino should also react and at least conduct an investigation.

I would second that, even myself was really torn whether to sign up now or just later on when this concern was resolved already, but I am glad that they are not after on pursuing KYC in your site. Also, I would agree with the others that requiring email would be more ideal than of phone numbers. I believe the website is pleasantly fresh to the eyes of the community, and is enticing, so I hope they could work on this immediately. Welcome to the forum, by the way!
