PS: I think you are doing something wrong with your MN setup. They seem to work as designed.

My block rewards were coming across with incorrect values, that's why it wasn't adding up. I .old'd my appdata directory dropped my conf and wallet file back in and resync'd. That fixed the values. Back to Masternode staking.

That is not the whole richlist, just the accounts on the exchange. A full block explorer will show the full rich list.

No. C-CEX sync is now at 16799. I presume that once the wallet is fully synced up they will remove the maintenance, but I could be wrong.

16 Confirmations, Still same error message. Could not allocate vin for collateralAddress

You are lucky that you got your coins out before C-CEX went into maintenance mode. They are still in maintenance.

I've been in my desktop wallet staking, waiting for this coin to get in form. I'm thinking it will pay off.
