it's okay, my money back
It was always going to be solved, just it took longer than expected for your case. The sportsbook is still very new so expect things to be slower at times because the team must be expanding slowly as obviously, the load has increased with sports betting introduced.

Like Haunebu said it was weekend time so it was longer than usual. 24 hours window is what they aim to solve your issues within, but as a player myself we need to understand things can be slower at times.

I have had to wait like 4 days for a legit bet to get settled (not at wolf.bet) because it was an e-sporting event and the odds provider messed up things.

now after they have said several times that they will definitely solve the problem in 24 hours, they say that you have to wait 72 hours, wait wait wait, this is the worst thing that can happen to a player. WAIT.

Seriously? I know what day of the week it is. Who are you? If you can't say something smart then just keep quiet.
Looks like someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed. You do realise that you are behaving like a whining child, don't you? Work hard to improve your brain-power since you clearly seem to be lacking in that area.

I didn’t pull them by the tongue, they told me to wait 24 hours, and they didn’t keep their promise.
Majority of their staff are probably unavailable because it's the weekend which is why they probably didn't resolve your issue yet(If it's actually a legitimate one - > Trust feedback).

just means that you literally hate other altcoins, there is no other explanation.

Like you have to be fixated on bitcoin so much that you should even ignore the very existence of any other coin in order to keep paying this very high withdrawal fee nearly no other place charges and not gamble with the altcoins that are nearly free compared to it.
Already mentioned earlier that I do gamble with altcoins like LTC, Doge, XRP etc and I use them to withdraw my funds from this site. Our opinions regarding this matter clearly don't match.

I bet on sports yesterday, the game was interrupted for technical reasons, and it will not be resumed, they promised in the chat that they would return my bet within 24 hours, but 24 hours passed and the money was not returned,
It's the weekend. They might be busy due to which they haven't processed your request yet. Stay patient for a little while longer.

Take a look at this table.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/table-withdrawal-fees-and-withdrawal-amounts-on-crypto-casinos-5333602

Wolf.bet literally charges the 3rd highest BTC withdrawal fee in the list.

I understand your point of view and I do agree with it to some extent, but I am strictly against the high BTC withdrawal fee since some competitors charge zero BTC withdrawal fee while some charge a couple of dollars. Let's just agree to disagree.
That is why it is definitely A LOT more important to gamble with other coins here, because BTC is even harder here, the withdrawal fee is worse than most other major places and that is just means that playing with BTC here while knowing you are paying one of the biggest costs just means that you literally hate other altcoins, there is no other explanation.

I am not defending wolf.bet here, of course they should drop their bitcoin withdrawal fee, hell make it free if you can because as gamblers why wouldn't we prefer that, however if they are not doing that then why should you still keep on paying that much? Like you have to be fixated on bitcoin so much that you should even ignore the very existence of any other coin in order to keep paying this very high withdrawal fee nearly no other place charges and not gamble with the altcoins that are nearly free compared to it.

How to cancel pending bet ?

You can't! At least I didn't see that feature... I am not sure can you cancel the bet in any casino!? There's a cash-out feature when you wish to cash out before the end of the game, with partial winnings! But it's not canceling the bet, depending on the time when you request cash-out (and score if a game is already on), will determine the amount you can cash-out, and it's never your full bet!
Cashing out is a nice feature, when you place a bet and things go sideways you can cash out at least something! I believe Wolf will add it one day, of course, if they plan to reach some high standards in the sports betting industry!

What I said was to people who like other coins but prefer btc, and in that case financials just doesn't add up. Yeah sure, there are costs involved, but at what cost? I mean if you are dealing with 10k dollars then yeah bitcoin shouldn't be that much of a trouble, yet you do know that you can gamble with just 10 bucks with a place that takes Tron right? And withdraw/deposit for free, and only pay the 0.25% or whatever trading fee and that's it? That is just way too beneficial to "not prefer" if you can gamble with it.

It means if you are dependent on bitcoin, you are not preferring other coins, you are still preferring bitcoin, there is no other explanation on why you would use bitcoin to gamble, it is that you just like it, every other coin is not something you prefer. I prefer to gamble with other coins whenever I can in every place I gamble and I can tell you that I do not care if the withdrawal fee for bitcoin is 100 btc or 0.00001 btc because to me they are all the same since I do not use it at all.
Wrong. I prefer playing with BTC more often because I like to withdraw the BTC balance directly to my wallet and convert it into my local FIAT currency seamlessly.

On the other hand, withdrawing altcoins requires conversions and additional fees and time. Also, you are part of the minority that doesn't care about BTC withdrawal fees. The majority including me care a lot about it.
I agree that majority do care, that is why I do not understand and I wanted to learn exactly why, and you have given me a reason yet I am not entirely sure if I agree with it, or understand the answer completely. So, I said that you prefer btc and not altcoins, which means that maybe you should start looking into others and test them, however assuming you tested them all and still prefer BTC that means you just do not like other coins, that is as much you have basically said.

I am curious, what was your best result so far?  Smiley

From the pic, the 1st winner of race has wagered 79 btc which estimated he lose during that run was 0.79 btc (because of house edge on wolfbet is 1%). With prize of 0.04 btc, it's still 20 times lower than his estimated loss. I know it's not always we lose 1% from our wagered, but it's highly happened
Those type of high rollers do not gamble because they believe they could win something from the promotions, if that was the case he could have simply gambled 15 btc which would still be 0.15 btc lost on average according to house edge (we all know he could have won a lot more or lost a lot more) but at least it would be less loss in the end.

However these high rollers do not care about this situation which means that we are not looking into anything that is exceptionally interesting, we are looking into something that is ordinary because these people end up doing these kinds of stuff all the time. It is just the whales of the crypto casino world that gamble more than I can imagine, more money then I will ever own, just on gambling, they are THAT rich and that is just fine because it is a common thing. I have seen in another website where a thousand dollar reward was won by someone who gambled 1500 btc total, he didn't do that for promotion at all neither.

He has a higher wagered amount than the players below him. It seemed he was just playing as usual with no intention of participating in the race. So if only, chasing the main prize of the contest is not at all and for him it's just a game.

Anything is possible... he can even be green after wagering this crazy 79 BTC! I guess a total bust is also an option! Probably it's the first one, he is green, when you check this guy stats you will see by yourself, he is pretty much green with all the coins he plays, except with Ethereum! At the current price, 79 BTC is over $2.6 million... I can just imagine how crazy this session was... to wager all this in just one day!
Congrats to Wasim on this amazing run! I hope he will stay green!

Actually, I have gambled with different cryptocurrencies in different crypto gambling sites for a long time and I actually prefer using altcoins like LTC and Doge wherever they are available due to the cheap fees and TX times.

However, I am still heavily dependent on BTC for my gambling activities which is why I am not in favor of the high withdrawal fee charged by Wolf.bet.

Expected a response from them related to this matter, but it looks like they don't care. Managing with altcoins seems to be the only viable option here for small-scale gamblers like me.
If you prefer to gamble with stuff like LTC and Doge then why are you heavily dependent on BTC? I mean that doesn't make sense, if you prefer to gamble with another coin then you could gamble with another coin, that would mean if the withdrawal fee for bitcoin is 100 bitcoins that still shouldn't bother you because you are gambling with something else.

It means if you are dependent on bitcoin, you are not preferring other coins, you are still preferring bitcoin, there is no other explanation on why you would use bitcoin to gamble, it is that you just like it, every other coin is not something you prefer. Gambling is the biggest ecosystem for Dogecoin. It is what other meme tokens don't have. It is what many other altcoins don't have.

I don't know where it began, what is the first gambling site accepted Dogecoin. It is a beginning of a great meme altcoin.

Litecoin has as same adoption on gambling sites as Dogecoin or it is less common then Dogecoin. Anyway, Litecoin is very good for transactions.
