Balance amount 1131$

My deposit has been withdrawn 794$

This is the amount of your initial deposit? They allow this amount to be withdrawn and not your total fund because they stick to their findings? And as it's now withdrawn, you consider this case as resolved, or what?

And oh, if you still consider this unresolved, please attach proof as many has asked. Without it, I will have to mark this as "invalid" on the list.

There were several deposits, I lost them and deposited a total of $794. Here is their latest message, they blocked me from logging into my account. There are no representatives here. Who can help me?

Umm... actually, a much more proof won't hurt, like your email exchange with them [please censor sensitive information], etc. But, did you err... do anything funny with your betting as they accuse you of? Mind to tell us a bit about it? Everything on this thread seems rather... not detailed.

All things considered, given they're currently not active on this forum, you can try an arbitrator. I think AskGamblers will help on this matter. Mind that they will ask for detailed proof and their ruling will be considered as final and binding to both parties.

Edit: their representative was online today and had a PM with me regarding other thread. I notified them about this thread. Mind to wait a little, in case they're looking into your situation? In the mean time, adding supporting evidence like screenshots to back up your story won't hurt.

I made a deposit, bet on sports, lost, then won and requested a withdrawal, asked for verification, then they didn’t answer for a week, everyone said wait. Today I wrote to them myself and they blocked me, did not pay me the money and did not even return the deposits. My documents are valid
Why didn't you provide proof of what you said, man? I am not accusing you of lying, and I have never played on Wolf.bet before, but if you adhere to the Scam Accusation's report and provide the necessary proof, this strengthens your claim. If you contact them via live chat, you can contact them via "[email protected]" because I see that their representative on the forum has been inactive since June 2023. You have to wait for them to review and provide you with all the details and reasons for your account being banned due to sportsbook abuse. I hope they can help you return your deposits, and honestly, I blame you for not reading their rules and terms of use. They are not at fault if you do not adhere to one of these conditions, which you have neglected to read since you created the account on their platform and deposited your money.

Reason: Blocked due to sportsbook abusing

This is sufficient for them to block your account and the KYC verification as khaled0111 said was to block you from creating another account. I do not think they will release the payment since your account is blocked. Please post the screenshot of your conversation to give us more information and if there is any possibility of getting your amount back. I do not think contacting their representative here would be of any help as the reason for the block is for abusing their platform.

I sent a message to WOLF.BET notifying them about this.

And if my words have any value, WOLF.BET are as legit as you can get, they are one of the honest crypto casinos in this industry, if they blocked your account, you probably did abuse their sportsbook.
If you think they made a mistake, please present some proof to back up your accusation.

As for getting back your deposit, you should contact support to sort it out.
and remember, those are the terms you agreed to when you signed up:

If you have been banned for abusing their sportsbook then the validity of your documents doesn't mean much. They most likely asked you to verify your identity not to help you to reactivate your account but to prevent you from creating other accounts.
Some screenshots from your conversation with their customer support and your bets history, if you can, would be helpful.

If you have any questions feel free to contact support.
You might want to share the screenshots of the messages you exchanged with them. Did they tell you in detail what "sportsbook abuse" you carried out? I am really interested in hearing both sides of the story as this can bring out a clear picture of what exactly happened.

heir representative account: WolfBet
The Rep account has been inactive for months and I don't think they will see OP's message in time. The best option OP has is to contact support, as already advised.
