Such things as losing the game intentionally to get the rivalry out is usually done by the strong teams when their own positions in the tournament are secure and they lose on purpose to get the other team out. This has been done by the Indian men's team in the past but to think that the women's team also think on the same terms doesn't seems right.
It's just my wild conspiracy theory, but it's silly that you think that the Indian men's team cheated in the past while the Pakistan women's team didn't.
I think you fail to understand my point of view. Both Scenarios are different. If the Indian men's team intentionally lose to eliminate Pakistan (which happened in some world cups), they (India) already have qualified for the next rounds and that loss that no bad effect on the team (India) and the players.
Here if the Pakistan Women team tries to do such a thing, then they are risking their ownselves of showing such a poor performance of not only not losing but also making the lowest total too. Anyway, we can just speculate this both about men's and women's teams, as none can be proved.
Ideally, teams should be strong enough to move to the next rounds without depending upon other matches' results.
