There is still some confusion in the market, so it is still impossible to pay the bounty with cash or BTC or ETH. But I think that with the standardization of the market, one day the reward of the reward task will definitely be more quality.

I don't think that it would be possible for bounty hunters to get paid in cash rather than recieve tokens as payment. Basically because everyone knows that the main purpose for bounty campaigns is for the promotion of their coins, and when they give these coins out, it fulfills this purpose and if this isn't done, then it is as good as cancelling bounty campaigns too.

I think it's logical, when both the team and the bounty hunters are rewarded for the project in coins. The storage of these coins should support the project. In addition, coins give holders some privileges on the platform. And if the project produces its purse, then the coin holders are the first users of this purse.

What do you mean by paying in cash? It is crypto and you suggest paying in cash, seriously?
It seems that you meant paying in more stable and liquid crypto, like ethereum and btc. There are some bounties paying in top crypto

Well I believe you meant payment in either Bitcoin, ethereum and Bitcoin Cash to the bounty hunters.  If that is the case the developer will find it difficult to promote their project at the end of the ICO and they have such money there will not be any need for them to advertise for people to invest in their project.

Token is something free and the price for it probably determined according to hardcap, so I don't think now any ico take such risk and pay in cash.

bounties - some sort of reward. Bonus for any task which you do.

Most of the team create bounty because they have no money to start marketing promotions. So it's easy for him to offer a "possible" reward. If they collect the biggest amount, they will be generous if no, there is nothing special for bounty.
Team started with no real money and offering tokens, if they fall they do not have big real losses.

I wouldn't want this.  One of the best things about doing bounties or campaigns is that you get paid in crypto and the payment doesn't have to have anything to do with banks.  Another advantage is that if you get paid in bitcoin or altcoins or tokens you have a chance to make some really good money on that.  If you got paid in fiat, there's no chance that's going to increase in value.

And since bounties are all about crypto it just makes sense that they're going to pay out in crypto.  How would bounties handle the currency exchange aspect of it?  There are people from all over the world in bounties and not everyone wants to get paid in USD, for example.  Pretty sure it's never going to happen and it's for the best.

This will never happen) the Team could pay in cash, but just a question of "why"? Better then in Bitcoin or Ethereum.

Bounty will always be paid in either the actual tokens that is being sold during ICOs, and in some rare cases either Bitcoin or Ether. But never in the form of cash as this defeats the purpose of holding ICOs in general.

They are not paying with cash, because it's a lot more convinient to pay with crypto. Imagine how hard it would be to send cash to thousands of people from all over the world, and what the taxes would be. Also, we are here in the crypto industry, so it wouldn't make sense to get paid with cash.
I guess he doesn't know the point of why crypto is here, it's a borderless wealth transfer and far surpass traditional money transfer at the moment. his question is literally like asking why dont we use bike instead of using motorcycle and that's just ridiculously funny to think of it alone.

There are managers who pay cash. But such managers have very low pay and competition is very large, bounty hunters get pennies. Do not rush, in half a year you will have tokens, which can be sold for real money.

To my mind it is possible, but speaking frankly I have not heard about  it. It depends on negotiation between  manager and product owner. From manager side it is more better to get rewards  in USD/ EUR/ BTC/ ETH but for project owner it is more risky  to pay in cash, because he is not sure will the project reach target cap or not)))

Since you are helping to develop a project in the bounty program of which you are participating, you will not be paid a fee in a fiat currency.
This is another way to see it, when you begin to work for a start up with very low funds it is not rare to not be paid with cash and instead you are paid with stocks, now those stocks may not be worth a thing in the future but if the company in which you are working is any good then it is likely that the stocks you got are more valuable than the cash you could have gotten, and the same principle is being applied to bounties too.

There is a possibility for it, but most of the campaigns do not follow this because for them it is not the orthodox method.

I would like to get part of the pay rather in bitcoin or eth and the rest in tokens.
In addition, i have no interest in fiat money and for the bounty operators, it would be to laborious to pay all the people in fiat.

Sometimes i use to ask why is it not possible to be paid bounty money in cash why is it alway's that is only paid in token anybody that can explain more please?

It is a way of introducing the name of the token or coin of the project , if we are paid with cash maybe we will easily forgot and out of our memory the token of the project , unlike if we are paid or rewarded by token , then we will always tooking about the token or the name of the coin , so it makes the coins very popular .

There is a possibility for that, but it s not an orthodox way and maybe most of the teams will not abide by it.
