That would be great if non-crypto start ups will adopt the ICO promoting system and will pay cash for people help in PR their projects. May be soon we'll see it in the most developed countries.

Why wouldn't they just pay a professional advertising company than. A lot of bounties are low effort, trash posts that don't bring in any investors. I think if you do great posts and bring in people, you could hire yourself out for cash. I wouldnt pay in cash for the majority of bounty hunters.

Because they'd rather give you tokens, doesn't cost them anything, the tokens are basically worthless when they make them.

Teams launch an ICO in order to raise money for the development of their idea and it is more convenient for them to pay tokens rather than money that will go into developing the project.

That is the reason why ICOs who are giving bounty to the community is because they wanted to raise money for their project so i think it's not possible that they will also reward the bounty hunters in cash. Basically, it will be paid in binary form of currencies.

The participants of this topic are apparently spoiled with big money and do not know what to do in their spare time. Accept my opinion as a person starting work in the bounty - I will be happy with all kinds of calculations, and tokens including. The main thing is that we have to find good projects with our husband, whose team collects the planned amounts of money and paid us for the work in the volumes promised.

For me this is not possible it is because of the fact that they are doing those fundraising program to collect funds they can use for the project that is why they are going to pay bounty hunters their tokens to avoid paying fiat or using their money from their own pocket. Some pays Bitcoin or Altcoin depending on the team if they can afford to pay advertizers who promotes the project to reach a massive exposure to the communities all over the world. Because most bounty campaign rewards is consist of tokens only, we are digital world so the equivalent of real money in real world is the tokens and altcoins, thats why theres a lots of exchangers in crypto because majority of the tokens needs to exchange in form of cash.

pay and money, but there are mostly pennies. and the company that collects every penny on the IKO does not really want to spend it on the bounty. Bounty is just invented that a cheap alternative to conventional advertising. because in the case of a scum the project does not lose anything

It is impossible because if you get the exact money, but it is a small amount that will be your reward forever. If they use tokens, you can hold for a little bit to wait for the increasing of it's value in the market. Think the difference if they use cash or tokens.

It is possible by some bounty campaign but it is in the rare case that its reward are consisted with cash. Most of the bounty reward are composed only in tokens.

the token as the payment is a small step that was performed with the aim of promoting the products of the ICO. If something like this is certainly going to get token circulates by natural market pretty quickly through the bounty hunter. If paid in cash then it will certainly be joined because nominally cash payments this bounty is enormous and it's valued stable so definitely a great result.

as I would see it, it is conceivable to pay abundance with money If there are such a large number of individuals from various parts of the world taking an interest in abundance crusades No issue what the tokens earned by participant,convert the token incentive into USD cash after that change over into that nations cash and pay for it. So it would be not all that troublesome for abundance directors to begin paying with fiat. It would be particularly workable for abundance seekers to get paid in trade instead of out tokens.
