Working smart and hard are both needed to become successful. If you are smart, you can do your work well and efficiently. If you are hard working, you can finish your work at a given time because you are serious about it. These two should be done side by side to gain.

Very well quoted lines by you and i completely agrees with you because in current scenario if you are working hard then you will earn but if you are working smartly using your intelligence then you will be earning great and live a levishful life.For instance a worker work 8-10 hours and get paid for all his hard work whereas on the otherhand a skilled worker earns better than him because of his mindset and smart knowledge.Don't make your boss rich choose your life and make yourself richer.

You think it's possible. The boss has money invested in the production and provides you work. Can you afford to work for yourself? Where you take the money to start your business. How many businesses have gone bankrupt! Boss is risking his money. Are you willing to risk your money? Therefore, I do not support such thoughts. A lot of people overestimate their importance.

That's what makes ordinary men and women successful in life financially. A great opportunity that they took and made prosper. Doesn't necessarily mean that it was easy, but easier than some. The timing is just right when there is a demand for the things that they do. Marketing is also part of it. If everything can be done with only hard work, then most of us will be millionaires by now.

Working hard and working smart is something that should always be done in the same way. If only work smart only without the hard work accompanied the results will not be perfect, and vice versa. So both are just as important to be employed in your work.

Work means the combination of act and motion of persons. While differentiate working smart to working hard is something that's confusing. But in my own understanding about this is.. Working smart is one traits of person where in he/she using much more their brain or mind to do something, while working hard is capability of person that much more using of strength body to perform with full force. Each of this two are the right combination to have by any persons to reach their goal and success in the near future.

Tips on how to work smart/smarter:
-Plan ahead. Our actions should be carefully evaluated before they are executed.
-80/20 rule. We should know when to stop, 80% is often perfectly acceptable.
-Automate. Create a tool that will eliminate as many of the repetitive tasks as possible.
-Ask for help. There is absolutely no shame in asking for it.
-Think outside the box. Find better, more efficient ways to accomplish your objective.

yeah working hard in real state can make your boss richer but here in crypto world even you worked hard there's no regrets 'cause there's no boss just knowledge and efforts you can earn more profits on it for yourself (like a boss.) so i suggest if you're planning to leave your work in real state you should accumulate first so that you can invest in crypto to gain more profits for your future.

Why not both things in one, right? although we are too smart to do those things if we don't have the eagerness and willingness to work hard and just relying on the people to work for us will be useless. That is why we need those 2 traits in order for us to become successful in anything we want.

yeah working hard in real state can make your boss richer but here in crypto world even you worked hard there's no regrets 'cause there's no boss just knowledge and efforts you can earn more profits on it for yourself (like a boss.) so i suggest if you're planning to leave your work in real state you should accumulate first so that you can invest in crypto to gain more profits for your future.

The idea that you should work smarter, not only harder isn't anything new. When talking about the difference between smart and hard work it's pretty simple to explain what working hard means. if you want to be successful in the long run, you have to put long hours to work. you have to start early, before all other people, and you have to stay up late, when everyone else is already enjoying their afternoons and evenings. on the other hand, it's really hard to find very clear guidelines on what working smart really means and how it's different from hard work. it's very obvious that even if you're determined that nobody will outwork you, you still have maximum reach pretty fast. and there's always someone who's willing to sleep less than you. On top of that, many people work hard, but only a few become really successful. that's because smart work is what makes the difference.

I agree that you will need both. Earning money in this world is easy once you have a good network of contacts and good capital, but at the beginning it's a nightmare.

Once we reach a certain point we can move towards passive income and work less, when we have a great amount of capital, and spend more time with family, travel and things like that. It all depends on what you want to do. If we worked hard and smart enough in some years we won't need to work anymore, you will then decide if you want to work for fun or do something else.

I know that the idea of working for fun sounds like crazy for a lot of people, but if you like what you do, then it's not so crazy.
