Hi, all. I know that everyone here would have made some terrible decision about BTC. So I was wondering, what is the worst decision that you have ever made.

Personally, my worst decision was gambling 1.3 BTC in dice, just yesterday. Smiley
Worst mistake that I have made with Bitcoin is that I one time sold to early if I had waited a bit longer I could have made more money.
I am sure that I am not the only one who this has happened to.

My worst decision probably is losing all my earnings in gambling. Because all I have to do is click the withdraw button then I am out but my greediness kicks in and decided to to double my earnings. I was left empty-handed.
yeah, gambling used to be my huge problem either though i managed to escape it right now and i dont gamble my money any more that was a great decision to make for me

Hey any tips on controlling gambling addiction? Please help us. And also is it hard in doing it, what alternatives did you do to stay away from it?
Gambling addiction is one of the hardest problems to stop. If possible make a permanent commitment to stop gambling. Surround yourself with people to whom you're accountable. Avoid tempting environments and websites. Give up control of your finances (at least at first) Find healthier activities to replace gambling.

The only gamble I am doing right now is Stock Investing compared to the risk of betting it is low as if you have fair knowledge to what you buy for sure you won't be overcome with emotion. So I suggest now to stay away in gambling but you go for the safer and easier way.

People who are addicted to gambling will never quit gambling as they want quick money and gambling is the only way to get there, but they forget that gambling is also an fastest way to loose money.

Selling some around $300..

This doesn't count as a mistake. You are only saying that now. But if the price now were below $100, you would say that selling at $300 was genius.

My worst decision was putting bitcoin in crypsy exchange for trading. I lost most of what I out in that site when they stole the bitcoins. Almost no hope of getting anything back.
Not sure if it's either your fault or crpsy's fault, or maybe even both. But that should've been a really good lesson learned the hard and costly way.

I believe a strong imitative about how to protect the earned bitcoin must be started to help most of this community members as we keep on seeing this kind of loosing bitcoin due to lack of proper knowledge on how to secure bitcoins.

My worst decision was staying aside from this ecosystem even when I knew about the existence and potential of bitcoin four years ago. Even I opened my first wallet then, and had several opportunities to acquire some coins at very low price, but my indecision made me lose a great opportunity.
I hate that feeling at being at a crossroads too with that indecisiveness aswell.
If it wasn't for that then I would be doing ok with bitcoin instead of fighting for scraps right now trying to get enough to feel like I have enough in savings for a raining day like yesterday during that bitfinex.

Worst decision for me was to put all my money in altcoins which have peak values and loss atleast 40% of my total investment within 7 days. As i was new to cryptotrading that time and was just trying to earn reliable return but this loss made me frustrated and leave the idea. However these days i know how to do safe trading. Learned lesson from that lost.

My worst decision I made about bitcoin is when the time I sold all of my bitcoin in my wallet when the price was at $455. I still remember it was a few days before Christmas when I sold all of my coins.

Indeed, it was the worst decision because we all know that the game does not allocate gambling but you will catch up to
invest and to gamble again . I reduced pin you learn a lot about your experience and I hope you do not repeat it again

I bought a lot of stuff with BTC when it reached the $250 price. One week later, it skyrocketed to $600 if I remember correctly. I still regret it, even if I was 100% sure it has to happen. Because it's me always being unlucky, lol.

So far I don't have worst decision about bitcoins,...Instead i've enjoying trading, joining in the signature campaign, Getting faucets in different site, and sometimes translation bounty, Though I know gambling is not a good idea ever since because I'm not a gambler. Smiley

i think the worst decision about bitcoin that a lot of people have made and also will continue making is keeping their coins on an exchanger as it was proven over and over in the past, they allegedly get hacked and will run away with our money.
