My shorts decision in bitcoin world is to invest in HYPE such as hashocean, bitgain, bitcodaily but the best part in bitcoin world is to invest in coince because that site returned me what they promised. And another worst decision was to buy bitcoin while price was high . And now I m suffering alot and now I want to sell those bitcoin when price will be high.

The worst would be not starting up soon after my friend introduced bitcoins to me.  I was not convinced on how she presented it to me.  I have so many questions before and then the time comes that I needed an extra money.  So I am here now.  But if I started before I could have more bitcoins now.

Yeah even my friend told me about it when price was $30 but I didn't show any interest in it thinking that it will not survive in long term and it would waste my money too.

i have made alot of bad bitcoin decision from trading to gambling but i think my worst decision was to invest in a mining site which then ran off with all my bitcoin so yeah be careful where you trust your bitcoin i was not smart enough to do that and now i have to pay the price of being scammed.

This is also he reason why do i always keeping my self away from those cloud mining site. It is ok we all do commit mistakes but the thing their is how are you going to take it and learned from and to grow in this industry to become better that's it!

Each and every user has made wrong decision at least once in a life to invest in cloud mining and gambling and have lost their coins, and now its better to avoid those places to get rid of losses.

Actually my worst decision about Bitcoin was to sell too early. I started to mine Bitcoin back in 2011. When the price was around $30 I thought it was too overpriced and I sold most of my mined coins. If I would have held it two more years then I would have gotten the price which was worth more than 30th times higher.

It was an amazing experience and cannot be forgotten. But the step you are correct ", it's just that fate has not siding with you so that you don't get to enjoy it now. so, continue to strive to realize the dream and our ideals, because only hard work and perseverance with a prayer that can give strength and also the success of the

Time that has gone will never come back so instead of regretting about that we should start making efforts to collect as much as we can so in future we don't have to regret again.

Yeah you sold it too early mate, but we were never sure that bitcoin will reach to this level in future and we underestimated the power of bitcoins at that stage or else we would be rich by now.

Lost 300 BTC by "investing" in BTCST .......  Roll Eyes Cry

300 Bitcoins?  Shocked Who told you to put all your eggs in one basket? This mostly happens when people don't think before investing somewhere or when they get greedy to earn a lot of money at once and in that hurry they just do it without any research or something about that source they are investing with.

Yeah man its an huge amount to loose, I mean if I loose that amount then I would surely get an heart attack or even I get mad, its better not to put all money in bitcoins as we never know what will be the outcome.

Fortunately I didn't have any bad episode, wise investments done by me for now.
People do act perfect only when they get enough maturity. But, all the decisions are taken for a good cause unfortunately turning into worst. People so far sharing their experience for their concluded decision, hope your investment is also completed with a better benefit for you.

My worst decision was investing into cloud mining by 2013 in CEX site. I lost around 0.01 BTC, then they were very big amount for me because I were earning from faucets only that at the times.
Yes, worst decisions will not be possible if you have enough experience and knowledge. But, all the time we cannot be so aware what is going to happen. That is the reason this thread is spreading awareness about people's mistakes to new comers.

This thread can be an learning experience for the beginners if they take it in a positive way and not repeat the same mistakes that we have committed in the past.

Hi, all. I know that everyone here would have made some terrible decision about BTC. So I was wondering, what is the worst decision that you have ever made.

Personally, my worst decision was gambling 1.3 BTC in dice, just yesterday. Smiley

Compared to yours, my losses are nothing, losing 1.3 btc in just a single day is really a bad feeling, i saw someone crying around somewhere in the forum for losing something similar to yours and wishing to kill himself.
Well my mistakes were always investing in hyips which never turned out to be good obviously, though i did not lose much but according to what i used to earn that time it was a lot for me.
And that's why you shouldn't invest in HYIP's, even if they pay out a couple of times, you will probably lose in the long run.
Plus you're enabling them to scam other people too.

Hyip's will pay you at initial stage to gain trust from you, and you will try to invest higher amount to get higher profits but then those sites will simply disappear with your investments.
It's just for gaining the trust and reputation but at the same time if you already believe with them and you will teach your close people about that and another impact you will plunge your close people to joining with them and losing their fund's because of you.

For my personality, my worst decision, at I put a lot of my funds into the cloud mining site(HO) and then I short time after that HO turn up into the scam and I lost all of my funds in them and the fuckin decision is made by me. but after it, I got some experience to never touched with cloudmining again and caused by seeing the suggestion a lot of people in here giving a bright thinking for me. The total amount of i invest on them is 1,5 BTC.

so good thing that i didn't do the same thing as yours. i didn't put a lot of my funds to some cloud mining sites such as Hashocean because i already sense it coming that their website will shutdown . that time i am just starting to earn from signature campaign so that i haven't tried to invest my some of my coin there .

I didn't buy btc in 2011 when it was a few dollars, I considered bitcoin is a useless internet coin or ponzi scam like many others think. I have to regret but no chance to get my life back.

That's exactly it, well said. It's one thing that people try to invest into a certain service where they think they can get a good return from, but it's a completely different thing when people "invest" their money into obvious scams. That's something I never understand. You are only feeding them and making them earn a lot money. Plus you are the reason of why these scams exist. If no one is using them, then they won't have a reason to exist.

I think one of my worst decision in bitcoin is that i use them to invest in a cloudmining company when i was just starting.  I think I invested around 0.8 btc total.  not much but for me it is a big lost because i work for it.  Anyway after investing to  cloudmining, it was a good payout in the start then week by week the payout is getting smaller until the cloudmining company shutdown.  I haven't got to ROI .
I always liked the sound of cloud mining - but was put off by hearing other peoples experiences of using it on this forum. After hearing all of the horror stories relating to cloud mining I'm very glad that I didn't subscribe to any.
everybody interested in bitcoin will at some point read up on the whole mining thing in bitcoin. after checking a bit more most of them will find out that it is probably not profitable or to risky to find out for sure, especially the high initial cost, noise and electricity. then they stumble on cloud mining and it sounds to good to be true. and of course it is, but it is human nature to want to fall for it. i can understand this.
what i can not understand is, if people tell you that it is a scam and you do still invest in cloud mining, because you are hoping that the service you are using is the one that is honest or you do not believe the other people warning you. looks like those people need to learn their lesson the hard way. no pity.
so i just want to congratulate you on your decision and please spread the word.
