Same as most people. I heard about it a long time before I actually took the time to study it and see what it meant. Just think how many people might be saying the same thing in a few years.

Good to hear that that is your worst mistake. Selling at $20 USD lower than Bitcoin peak is good. Now, hold onto your Bitcoin and sell Bitcoin (or maybe "use"?) when Bitcoin reaches another peak. Smiley.

I know it is not that much, and I am just new to this waiting for the increase and decrease on bitcoin, that is why I never mind that if it would go up or down, but some of my friends inform me to convert it now before it's to late and I never listened, but now I think I need to keep on saving more bitcoin now or buy BTC before it is still low.

Yes. Your friend may be right in short term but in long term Bitcoin is going to grow. Bitcoin will not stay at 300 or 400 range.

The worst mistake I did with the bitcoin ecosystem must be spending more time on faucet earning. I ended up frustrated with me earning over time spending for it. That the mistake I did with the crypto-currency is mining the alt coins and they became delisted from exchanges.

Most funny mistake I read in this thread. Yeah. Agree. I actually spent like 2 hours a day to earn Bitcoin from faucet before I knew about signature campaign. I thought for mining some altcoin before but due to my low end computer, I cannot mine any. Good that I did not waste my electricity mining bad coin. Haha.

Who would know that bitcoin would reach such value in a short time? The miners who had sold their bitcoins didnt know ,the old history like the pizza, and others similiar, the fact is bitcoin reached a high value with the creator buying a lot of them on the begining.

Spending BTC to rent hash for some shitcoin and ending up a bagholder.

Haha. Do you still have those "coin" in your wallet? Or you dumped them somewhere and forgot about it?

I have a couple old wallets still full, most have been traded away.

I bet and lost a few BTC in October before it shot up to $1000.  at least I was less mad when it came back down..
That how gambling works. But its not the worst mistake scheme. The worst mistake is we did not buy a single bitcoin when the price 1$  Tongue

Exactly, I think we were very late to get into bitcoins and that is the worst mistake done by me, I should have bought bitcoins in bulk at that time, and ofcourse gambling is a part of it I gambled and lost into it and that was also a big mistake made by me to loose my all hard earned money in fraction of minutes So now I am staying away from gambling.

When Bitcoin was $1 no one had heard of it, it wasn't very well known. I know that when Bitcoin was $1, I had never ever heard of Bitcoin, so it doesn't bother me too much. What does bother me is that I heard of Bitcoin when it was ~$150, but I didn't check it out or decide to get involved. Still wondering if I could have made a big profit if I had immediately taken up Bitcoin once I had heard of it.

Yes agree. Only tech-savvy and experienced developers will know about Bitcoin back when Bitcoin pair with USD was $1 per Bitcoin. I knew about Bitcoin much earlier than you - when the rate was like 75 USD. I tried getting into Bitcoin but the forums is just too huge and not newbie friendly*. I also wonder how rich will I be now if I manage to sold a few package. Even a package is good .. :/.

well i just bought half a bitcoin when the price was at like 480 recently, lost 50 bucks cuz of that. thats my most recent mistake in bitcoin.

ive also lost some in hyips when i started out with bitcoin.

Bitcoin reached 480 recently? The highest I saw over the past few weeks was about 430 on my Android Bitcoin checker application.

Anyway, you learnt a lesson - not to buy Bitcoin when the price have huge differences.

Decide to gamble to make a quick buck.

If I had stuck to trading I would've been rich now.

Gambling is ranked second in this thread. No worries. We still have time to earn Bitcoin while it is only seven years old. Smiley.

The worst mistake I did with my bitcoin well maybe this mistake is a mild one, hehe when bitcoin is having an remarkable growth increase and not converting my BTC when bitcoin is up, I just lose $20 by not doing so, sadly I need to wait for the coming increase again. Sad

One other mistake i had made were when i searched a bit about bitcoin and the cloud ponzi sheme offering a possible roi into 6 months or less,i had joined too late into them ,and i choose zenminer and genesis ,on the first one i had roi because the pumped happened on the miners soo i left before turn into a scam, the other in a while i get some payment but my roi time is something around 10 years with lucky,i just spent 0,09btc atleast were not a big ammount ,but turned into a waste.

0.09 took me a long way to earn. Well, anyway, I hope you will not trust those cloud mining operation anymore. I am not trusting them anymore after losing to three companies. It is good that you have got ROI from one of them. I have never got any ROI yet from cloud mining. :/.

Spending BTC to rent hash for some shitcoin and ending up a bagholder.

the worst mistake with bitcoin for me would be not buying it when it was <$100 ea ,  Shocked i was thinking about how this could be the worlds next big currency and just decided not to go with it.

Now, you are using Bitcoin. So I expect you to know the answer now. Tell me how could Bitcoin be the next big world currency
