There is no any hurdle in the development of the blockchain technology it will definitely develop in the coming future but along with that the cryptocurrencies will also develop as blockchain is a technology in which these currencies are used as a means of transaction for the money and money is the important part of any business.

I think this is possible that blockchain will continue to be used even if there is no cryptocurrency. The blockchain technology can be used in so many ways. I here it can even store data especially the important files that should only be retrieve for view by their respective owner. This files like the ones that is very confidential or probably top secret files like that of the government. So for me it will continue to exist most probably. But as of now we knew it used for the digital currency which I believe will continue to exist in the future.

A lot of people think that Blockchain is only meant for cryptocurrency, while it is indeed meant for much more than that. There are lots of things that the world can do with blockchain apart from using as a payment option. Is this possible happen in the future? If so, how?
Blockchain can be used to create a decentralized market, decentralized internet, smart contracts, encrypted messaging, authenticated voting and a lot things you can do with them, more than I can even remember. So Blockchain is not only for making payments.

I'd think that crypto currency and blockchain is independent with each other. Blockchain technology is just a means of distribution, record and other good stuff that could be applied to other things not just crypto currency. I just hope that we see more and more innovations on both crypto currency and blockchains.
in my opinion the two things are interrelated cryptocurrency is one of them innovation as well as product of the blockchain itself, if only blockchain is released without crypto, then it is certain there will be no enthusiasts, because they think why not use email or ATM machines to make transactions
