lol. I saw votes for yes. I rather be starved to death than eating human flesh. Its feels like you are eating rotting meat and that's very disgusting to me. Even if that's only my choice to survive I would not do that. I've been watched cannibal movies and makes me throw up. What more if its in real life?

Yes I agree with you man, Eating human flesh is a dirty things I've ever see [only on movies]. I also will not do that even if only for survive.
Cannibalisme in real life is more scary than only in cannibal movies.

If its for world power and world domination preferably not. But if thousands of lives are at stake and only eating that child will save millions of lives then even if its against my will I will gladly accept the challenge. Though just thinking of it is so gross and a taboo in our culture and it is something inhumane but if huge obligation comes then we need power to rescue lives by eating that child.

I would eat a human only if I was dying of hunger and there was no other food available

That's completely normal, nothing strange about that. It's in our human/primal nature to survive by any means, even if that meant eating another human being to survive.
But in the life of a lot of random situations and certain people told stories, in order to survive when doing such things about which it is difficult to say. This is not acceptable, but if there is no escape, what else to do. But I would not dare to know on this or not.

A general who has already tried this is, let's admit it. If not already started such a health issue, it is not good. We're not zombies.

What if it was the sacrificed child of your enemy? What if it gave you secret powers? What if it held the key to world domination? Would you do it? Would you eat another person?
About this I have not even thought did not even suspect that someone may even ask me such a question. From one even thought me already disgusted.

There are a lot of choices for food. Some even eats wild animals and wild plants. Why so will someone choose to eat a human? For power? no that's not a good idea, unless that person is a Psychopat... For survival? Why not eat the plants instead of a human flesh or a wild animal...  Wink...

If edible plants and wild animals are available, then no one would consider eating human meat. But I am talking about a scenario, in which no other source of food is available. Imagine that you are marooned in the middle of desert without any food and water.

No food and water makes the choice easy since one dies from lack of water long before lack of food.

An example of necessary cannibalism that I can think of was the airplane crash in the Andes involving the Uruguayan soccer team.  They did what they had to do to survive.  Several guys eventually hiked out and thus saved the rest was an amazing feat given the terrain and other factors; I rate it up there with Shackleton's polar accomplishments.  Some tabloid-class people made a big deal out of the cannibalism aspect but I think that most thinking people understood things in a rational way.

i'll take a chance to eat human flesh only for survive  Embarrassed Embarrassed

I think everyone will do that. Even those who are very vocal claiming that they will never eat human meat. If you go without food for a few weeks, then you will eat just about anything. Nothing is more important than staying alive.
I think people's morality is what controls their actions, their will determines what they should do. A simple example from my histroy:
Quote
The Meccan boycott of the Hashemites was a public boycott against the clan of Banu Hashim / Hashmi Family, declared in 617 by the leaders of Banu Makhzum and Banu Abd-Shams.
It became a source of great troubles for the Muslims. They were forced to do their second migration to an area called Shib Abi Talib or Shib Abi Hashim where they suffered hunger. The boycott was ended in 619, the Year of Sorrow.
These days were very hard with them and very often they had to feed on the leaves TALH or plantain"
They starved for two years not a few weeks, they started to sniff dust and chew tree leaves other than thinking of eating each other.
But of course I'm not denying what you said. Everything has a limit and human's will can be broken. Another example from my history as well: during Almustansir Billah's rule of Egypt, happened a famine after 7 years of Nile's dry out when people started eating dogs and cats meat then they turned towards humans, started using hooks to hunt passengers on the streets of districts and the population drastically decreased.

I'm not making that up:

no, people do not eat each other.humans were created to help each other / social beings.human life is not an individual, but also provided the reason and the human mind to distinguish review between what is right and what is wrong.but there is also a human being not reasonable, and those who take the man himself

As long as you can find a tasty meat like beef, chicken, vegetables, fruits etc, why Should I eat human? It's sounds creepy and dirty. I can't imagine I see a human meat in front of me and ready in eat tables.

Man has reached a high intellectual development is not to eat their own kind. He does not do this because of the psychological taboo. And it is right

Humans are just like any other animals, we were "created" by our parents and now it's on us to have children and keep the species alive. Human life is an individual. if you die right now, it wouldn't concern me at all here. That's morality, also there is no good and bad, right and wrong in the world, that's all subjective and depends on the culture.

Get yourself educated. Humans were not "created". They evolved out of the already existing living things. It is shocking that, at this age, there are people who still believe in this stupid creation theory. Perhaps, this can help:
