Most of legit project will go directly to the exchange to sale off their coin and I like this procedure of fund raising for the project that for me , this will reduce scamming especially if they will use a trusted exchange , since most of the scam project are come from ICO project .

I will invest in anything that I think is good, whether ICO or IEO because they have the same ownership if we are not careful in investing.

Actually, there is no improvement in security for IEO compared to ICO. The project can still be a scam or a fail and you'll lose the same money how you invested in an ICO. It's a wrong assumption that IEO are safer and people will notice this mistake if it's too late. They will all say 'IEO is so bad I lost all my ETH'.
An IEO doesn't guarantee that the project will be succesful. If people think and IEO is a guarantee for success that will lead to bad disappointments.

Important is a good project idea and an experienced team, not if it's an IEO or ICO.

If the ico project is good why i don't invest in? not all IEO'S is good enough to invest because ieo is just a way of fundraising and almost similar with ico and even the project has ieo if its not good its useless.so i prefer to join ico that has a good project like Dencoin tokens that i can make profits tru it so i still choose this project even it is ico.

Well, why not ? I guess investing in IEO is safer than investing in ICO because IEO has fulfilled the requirements before it launch.
But of course, investing only in trusted exchanges always recommended. Trusted exchange has more volume so you can trade the IEO coin with much liquidity later.

It depends on the project itself. Once the project is valuable, we do not have to choose between them. After IEO is in any shit exchange, none of us invest in it. As a result we should not evaluate the project according to the type of sale.

There is no a big difference between ICO and IEO so for invesors its a good they can start trading of token after IEO and don't ask for exchanges there is no other difference you must make KYC in both situation and thats all so if anyone interested in IEO then Moozicore IEO is ongoing on exmarkets only 10 days left.

ICO is more profitable if it is followed by optimism that it will be paid after work, because it does not issue capital. In contrast to IEO investments that must be capitalized so that the risk of losses can occur.

IEOs are just like ICOs when the ICO boom was everywhere, now the hype has died down so will IEO someday. If you've followed up some IEOs especially ones done on Bittrex, you will see there's no profit margin from it. Binance IEOs gets pumped the time that's why it looks like IEO is better than ICOs I will stay away from the two.

I rather joined IEO than ICO because of many projects exit as scam and its so risky for all investors that their money is wasnt sure to make a profit in the end of campaign. I think IEO is more safe than ICO because this offering is made in exchange and even when IEO is running investors already hopping in because they trade in particular exchange.
