i don't want to use my twitter, google or facebook id to playing gambling because it is not safe for me and i want to playing gambling anonymous and stay in the dark. i'd better to use moneypot to login into gambling sites and playing gambling games. but if i have a fake twitter, google, or facebook, then maybe i can use it to playing gambling.

when I want to gamble i would like to stay hidden, so for sure I won't use any of the social media Id that can be seen, when I want to gamble I will use fake ID and email, that is the reason why i like to gamble with bitcoin because the site doesn't care about your identity, they won't try to verify your ID

Do you think sites should offer the option of login via social media profile as well as the normal username/password?
There's nothing wrong if they do offer that option BUT they should still have the normal sign up set up with uname and password. Signing up using social media accounts still depend on the users if they want to. Personally, I do have different social media account for bitcoin and for personal, so I can sign up without risking any personal data.

Never. Why would I want to give my personal details to a website which I am first on to be anonymous. Never seen any website do this though. Almost all of them have this tiny text at the bottom saying login/register using email directly.

I would imagine most ordinary people would not mind doing this. However, since one of bitcoins advantages is ensured (partial at least) anonymity, I think people would be reluctant. Making it easy to create new accounts means the sites have no responsibility to police, and people can gamble regardless of laws, which is probably more of a good thing then a bad thing.

★Bitvest.io★ Play Plinko or Invest!
I would login anyway, if some site arrange their site like that I hope they are protected enough for that. Even I would have SMS verification when I withdrawing money I have there I don't know how safe this actually is.
Here the most important thing is protection, I would read about how this work, but I'm not lazy to make new account in some online casino and feel better protected.

I started gambling, because of bitcoin, before it i know about gambling sites, but i was not using them with twitter, google and Facebook Id. Because i don't want to gambler, but now i am gambler, so i don't want to use anything more except bitcoin. Because for me, it is easy to play gambling with bitcoin other than twitter, google and Facebook Id.

Well I once register to a gambling site that has an option and I registered my facebook account,
I don't even care if what's going to happen next after that so I provably would do it again next time.

I wouldn't use my social media profile to connect to any gambling site.. Especially ones that don't require ID confirmation...

Why would you want this? It is not that difficult to set up a password manager to get you easy log ins to those sites without needing to remember a password for every one of them.

Join the world-leading crypto sportsbook NOW!
I would still do.
I don't really care about anonymity.
Logging in with a social media account would be more convenient and easier since you will only need to press 1 button.
I am not really occupied with anonymity since casinos are legal in my country if I am not mistaken. And yet I am not happy with some casino having my profile information, although I understand it is not likely to change much in my life. Just want some privacy in such things. But e-mail confirmation is okay.

I would because I'm not giving my personal details to any of the social media sites. My accounts there are fake and I don't have them to post pictures of myself all over the internet. I need the accounts to be able to communicate with people, who mainly use stuff like fb messenger and would otherwise be out of reach. If you have your real name there you are screwed anyway, so I wouldn't care much about gambling,

Indeed social media are tools to communicate with other people not a personal platform where you sell your own identities and shout out to the world that you have been doing this and that with all sort of your personal pictures.  But sad people think of it that way lol, as a result, they find it invading privacy when some application or sites let them log in with their social media account.  How could that be when he is the one exposing his own doing thru that social media platform.

I wouldn't mind logging in with my social media account because I have them with my pseudoname.

Several gambling websites have given us the access to gamble without revealing our identity, then why to use Facebook, Google or Twitter account to access gambling websites. This helps us to participate into gambling even if you're in the country where gambling is legally banned and if found using its considered a crime.

I would agree with this, usually AFAIK if connecting to your social media for example Facebook it's required an authorizer which it can be tracked in such activity from our social media.

I think nowadays such registration is have been dead. Personally if it's need required such registration in gambling site especially, I've been lazy first.

Most sites, at least dice sites, provide either a login url (Just-Dice, SatoshiDice) or ask for a user name and password (BitDice, PrimeDice).

One of the benefits of Bitcoin gambling is betting anonymously.

There has been a couple of sites however that allowed you to login with your social media profiles, though they seem to be dead now Smiley

Do you think sites should offer the option of login via social media profile as well as the normal username/password?

The whole point for using Bitcoin while gambling is doing things with the quickness. There isn't any reason to get famous for your identity when gambling online.

Get the money then go on to your next thing.

So no, i wouldn't login with any Twitter, Facebook or Google account.

For me, i am simply playing gambling with my bitcoin, and nothing else. Even i am not using other altcoin in gambling sites. So for me, i don't login with twitter, google or facebook id to gambling sites. Also i don't think that majority of the people are using that ways for playing gambling.

Depends on the social media accounts that I own, if I only have one real social media account then I would not use it to register on a gambling site. Perhaps if most gambling sites requires social media account to play then I will create a new fake account and keep my real accounts for other purposes.

That would be a red flag and not to be tried has ones privacy can be compromised... should hackers have access to the gambling sites database unless you are using fake info which is not advisable as you might get funds locked out or confiscated  Roll Eyes

For me i would not use my social media accounts or email accounts to login in a gambling site because it can compromise my private accounts. The owner of that site has a hidden motive that letting his users to login with their private accounts. It has a high possibily that some users accounts will be hacked. To be safe i'll created a dummy account to use in that site. If they are wise, be wiser than them.
