Probably change the past. In both cases I would have some knowleadge that people dont and which I would be able to use to create or improve something. But with the second choice there is a chance that future is a war or smth else so there will be nothing I can learn from.
I would like to see the future to be able to change my past to make it better.
Of course change the past for better future I should buy this BTCs when price was only 250$/BTC

Change the past, seeing the future would just spoil my life too much
