Ok, that is good am also having the issue with restriction and am unable to access the platform as I will like to try the site out, am trying to use VPN to access the site but am kind of scared to use VPN because of the possible ban and being unable to verify if the need be in the future.

It will only affect your browsing activity, such speed of accessing other websites buy it won't do anything particular like what vpn do.

I see no website or gambling tos against it, so it won't cause a ban of users on specific platform.

Google DNS is what I use too, and I have never encountered any problems with them. But I guess most people use the default DNS servers provided by their ISPs.

The important thing here is to look for a strong DNS provider, with more server locations around the world. My issue with local DNS was that it was slowly updating changes, so when I moved my website to another hosting, it took more than 24 hours for the changes to be reflected in my DNS.

I'm not so techy but for me, I'm using a google DNS ever since and I have no problem accessing a certain website. If I may ask, what DNS are you using? And do you have trouble using it or not?

No. Changing your DNS settings cannot cause the casino to block your account. Learn what DNS is and what it does.

I don't know how are you trying to access as there is no issue in accessing the link at my end and also there is an SSL certificate associate with the site. You can see the same in the below screenshot.

Nevertheless, I want to answer the comment above mine, @BitcoinAccepted, I don't know why you talked about VPN which is clear that the casino will not tolerate using VPN. You have said, VPN is an option, so why do you suggest it if you know how risky it is not unless you will read the TOS or ask the team before using it.

Changing DNS can also cause some problems. You should check the terms and conditions carefully, sites can in principle follow any rule to block an account with all the consequences that entails. By the way, I've never heard that you can go to a gambling site through a different DNS. VPN is also an option, but a lot has already been written about it, which can lead to consequences if you are not careful. This is a relatively unknown casino, so extra caution is in order.

If you are not from a restricted country then try changing your dns servers, it worked for other members (pls, check previous replies). Or as OP suggested contact their support via email

They do have a valid ssl certificate. I think it's just a typo and they forgot to add the "s". But this shouldn't be a problem because even if you click on the http link it will automatically redirect you to the https.

Yeah, since they are still new casino I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and an opportunity to get over the harsh feelings of previous failed attempts. Imo, they should have listened to feedback, reacted to the first warning sign, and did some more due diligence. I hope that they do learn from this and don't make the same mistakes again in the future.

Imo, the negative tone is understandable and totally justified. But your clarification will certainly help clearing things up. You did the right thing by removing that award from the announcement thread and hope it will be removed soon from the website's main page.

I took a lok at Aviator game and read how its provably fair system works and to be honnest I don't think it's 100% fair, but that's for another discussion.
Also, I noticed that from the provably fair settings page you can't select or copy the hashed server seed. Can you fix this?

Sorry to see that some of the latest posts on this thread have been negative in tone.

For avoidance of doubt, WOW Casino is not affiliated with CSNO. The Photoshopped photo is unfortunate, but not something within our control

Even though I understand the awards were legitimate, I have removed reference to them from the original post. They are also gone from the website, and I am working to get them removed from the landing page.

As we develop and refine WOW Casino, part of that process is absolutely to survey our customers and put ourselves up for independent reviews, and take the rough with the smooth when it comes to feedback. Ultimately, this helps us do things better.

With this in mind, we do have a couple of positive updates for you:

1. If you visit the WOW Casino site, you will notice that there have been quite a few changes to the user interface. These include making games visible from the homepage (something which was suggested by several users on this thread) and updates to the cashier to make it easier to switch between currencies.

2. We are also adding more games to the site all the time. We'd particularly like to draw your attention to the provably fair games from our latest provider Spribe such as Aviator, Plinko and Keno. We are planning to launch more great games in the coming weeks.

Everything is clear, that this casino has made a fatal mistake that they cannot explain. It would be useless to provide feedback once everything has been uncovered. Going forward it will be a concern that every casino should be careful and not do this kind of silly thing.

I don't think there's any need to ask the OP for an explanation because after all the evidence shown shows this casino is trying to manipulate gamblers. Luckily everything was uncovered faster.

I don't think @OP will come back here because he was caught editing the photo. After all, it was edited before and then uploaded. Thankfully, this is just the beginning and hopefully, no one has yet deposited it to their site. Or they will lose the money.

How would you expect them to reply on that when they are really busted about that edited photo? I'm sure they now accepted that their strategy are being broadcasted and will have no defense  on that matter.

No. It's a casino's decision whether they want to be associated with review sites of questionable quality and use them for promotional purposes.
Besides, I doubt they hadn't bothered to check the rating before slapping it on the front page and I'm pretty sure they knew the review wouldn't be in good taste. It took me literally just a few minutes to figure out that there was something fishy about the reviewers. And even though I tried to warn them about it, they apparently decided to ignore my request. In fact, it was only after my second post that a casino representative replied, saying that "to his knowledge, the sites mentioned are legitimate affiliate sites". Obviously, at this point I decided on a full disclosure.

The website is still online and I can access it using vpn without any problem. I think the IP you are trying to use to access the website may have been restricted. Try changing the IP to see if it works. Because their list of restricted countries is much longer and they are restricting more countries.

residents from the Philippines and other restricted countries won't be able to access their website. you'll have to use VPN if you want to go to their webpage and you have to register you want to fully access their website.
