Yep, if there's no wager requirement we may likely see the casino will ask all accounts to verify the KYC first to make sure each accounts controlled by different person. Wager requirement is mostly needed, even without bonus you need to wager to able withdraw your deposit.

Did you mean gambling provider? most of casino is using third party services to add more games on their casino. I don't see any problem with this as long as the provider is trustworthy.

Also, gamblers are usually risk-takers and they think they will win and complete the wagering requirements easily.
