Apologies for the delay in responding to some of your feedback; as @LittleMouse and @robelneo pointed out, we inadvertently broke the forum rules by posting some responses one by one and therefore making multiple consecutive posts; in future, we will try to respond more comprehensively in single posts.
With this in mind, below I have attempted to consolidate some of the main topics which have been raised and respond as clearly and honestly as I can on a public forum; to reiterate, if any of you have individual concerns/questions about your account, I would encourage you to contact

1. "The #1 Crypto Casino" - This was always intended as a mission statement rather than a claim that we're the finished article, however we can appreciate how some might view this as braggadocious or misleading. Therefore, I have amended the thread title and we are also removing references to it from the website.
2. Awards - Regarding the awards, also bear in mind that as a new casino, we haven't had a lot of time to enter and win a lot of awards! However, we do encourage objective feedback and reviews from users and third-party sites alike. As far as I know, the sites mentioned previously are legitimate affiliate sites; here are some more examples of recent reviews we have received:

3. Withdrawal fees - I have clarified this point with our product team. We don't charge any fees for withdrawals on our side; the only fees you will pay will be from your crypto wallet.
