We are currently talking out exact details, but community input would be appreciated as we don't want to disappoint the community. Please know that both of these teams are hard working and have proven projects of their own. Many of you know the teams from previous Discord Servers so you will not be in unknown hands. The new team will be reviewing the coding, projects that have been worked on as well as talking to prior SOV Team Members, community and anyone else who we feel would help in this transition. Please understand that no one is perfect. Please understand that this is not going to be easy nor will we be rushing into this. We are actively working on this so please don't think that we are putting it off until we get to it, this is not the case, we are ACTIVELY working as we speak. The transition is going smoothly on all ends and we look forward to seeing SOV rise again! Can you show us your legal documents as well as your white paper or T&C that you used to apply to Binance since that is necessary. I mean after all i am an investor & need verification since i am banned from your Discord for asking a question as to why you Marco are buying & selling your own orders

As you may know since you are a Coin owner yourself with HTH, OUR coin is NOT considered a "Security" therefore this does not make you an investor but a token holder as the SOV coin does not permit you to have any kind of voting rights nor any other kind of influence in the way our Legal registered company is run.
So if you do not understand this and keep on trying to lecture us and be insulting and disrespectful toward our team members that gets you banned.
If you don't agree with this you can always sale off your SOV coin.
Hey Marco, now that you have acknowledged me, I am going to say my peace here yet again. You started this with ME. I asked a question as to what was going on with those buy/sell orders. The question was answered by your blockchain guy & was left at you guys are going to investigate the matter & let everyone know. I was a partner of SOV until you came out & disrespected me over nothing. You can be frustrated all you want at a former staff member, but that has nothing to do with me or you. so want to try again or you want to remain enemies over nothing? As for your securities comment, you are right, but also we are investors, we mine, we buy, we sell so that makes us investors. its just different because we are in crypto & not stocks. same principle applies. So ball is in your court now, this is now the 2nd time you have done me wrong for other peoples reasons. Thanks for reading this!
This is the following, you had the chance if you had any doubt about anything was it price manipulation or any other matter important to you to approaching me over DM instead of creating any drama in the discord channel and to create any FUD, you posted your comment right in the #general channel, indirectly questioning the Dev's involvement without any kind of proof, while until today no one but none tried to sell a single SOV coin on crypto bridge.
I had no issues with you and again i think even here you should contact me privately i would have responded i don't need to share this with any other person, you want to make peace i have no problem with that we can start over, but any problem you want to discuss in the future please do contact Robbwz or me first to resolve any issues!!!

As a response to these wild accusations, there is no link between those orders and any of our team members.
There's a few people holding this amount of coins, and one of them happen to have a grudge on us which is likely who tried to do a quick manipulation to gain a few coins/BTC. This person is also known to play price gaps, which we have seen already several times so far on the market.
Also, the price manipulation has no relation to any announcement, any new advertisement or anything else so if your accusations were to be true, it wouldn't even make sense.
More likely, the person who holds an grudge towards us (For not being part of us any longer) did this either as i mentioned to gain a few coins/BTC or on purpose to try and fake FUD towards us.
I appreciate the feedback, and we have investigated the matter, and we have not found any evidence of this being an internal job.
I also talked to devilking in PM on Discord, we had a nice chat and as i suspected the claims are just speculations and theories with no proof to the wild statements being made.

There's a difference between negative comments and obvious trolling and lies being spread.
We have nothing against negative or positive comments and normal discussions. There's a difference though when it's pure trolling.
The relations with devilking and the group of trolls that we have encountered in the past, might have been an over reaction or miss understanding, which needs further investigation and we did talk about this in PM which i will follow up for him and review.
