I am looking for:

DPS-2000-BB PSU + breakout board

It would cost together with shipping to Hungary?

Is it with or without PCI-E cables?

Please note you will need either 6 x standard 60mm fans in push/pull configuration or 3 x high flow ones.
I still have a few high flow ones (loud), same as you can see in yslyung post fo 5€ each.
3x standard or 2x high speed could work if you don't use the PSU over 1400w.

2m power cable for the PSU (EU/schuko plug to IEC C19) = 6€
DPS 2000-BB PSU (tested) = 40€
Breakout board = 28€
6 pins PCI-E cables 50cm long, 16AWG wires = 2€ each

The package will weight close to 3 Kg, the PSU is heavy.
Shipping options to Hungary:
Happy-post, 7 days = 19€
Chronopost(Speedy), 4 days = 25€
Fedex, 4 days = 28€

Where am I?
Very nice work. Looking forward to buying some of these.

At the time of order could I have all the PCIe Power connectors placed vertically in place of the several you have horizontally?

Thanks.

Small teaser of the work done so far on the monster PSU:
IBM Bladecenter H, 39Y7364 39Y7349 2880W
AA23920L

The main PCB, 4 layers of 2 oz copper to handle the 240A of power.

The test-fit prototype used to adjust placement of the different parts.

The board will be screwed to the PSU to secure it

You will need an IEC C19 cable to power the PSU (same cable as for the DPS2000-BB and the HP DL 580 G3 1300w PSU)

Pricing to be expected around 55$ if I can get 50 boards ordered.
The main connector does have a MOQ of 120 pieces.

3D Printed!
I will be getting back to the "drawing board" this week and should have at least 1 of your breakout board case designs ready to rock...the smaller board case design should be much easier to design. I will post pics up asap  Cool

Thanks, I did a minor revision on the DPS 2000 board, so the earlier orders will probably only need the bottom side of the case.

The switch and the fan headers were moved closer to the PSU to allow easier insertion of the cables in the screw terminals.

Here are some pics from one batch I've just shipped.

Very nice bro! Once I get this first shipment back to you, I'd like to pick one of those boards up for making a case. I got another DPS2kBB psu in while I was out of town so I can continue development on those as I've got a great idea for adding fan mounts to the dual-psu racks design I've been working on.

Here are a few pics from your order

and here is how I modded the fans and the packages.
tools used, and step by step.

Picture of the 5.2 Kg box with the 16 fans, 10 breakout boards and 3 of the C19 cables.

The 14.6 Kg box contains 6 PSUs, 4 C19 cables
The 6.9 Kg box contains 80 PCI-E cables, 3 C19 cables
The 8.7 Kg box contains 4 PSUs.

The DHL guy will hate me, usually, the boxes are 1-2 Kg.

thumbs up for OP ! no escrow needed at all ! packages arrived to my country awaiting customs. it's really quick.

thx again OP. will deal again anytime !

just received in the astec aa23920l, this thing is a beast!  the heaviest psu i've ever picked up.
yes, it's really big, but 236A on the 12v rail.
And 3 high flow fans mounted to cool it, so it should be a better watt/$ ratio than the DPS2000.
The breakout board will be a stack of 2 PCBs with 1x C20 plug to power the PSU, I'll probably use 6 pins PCI-E plugs on the board, like on modular PSUs.
They will take less space and will be easier to plug than the screw terminals.
The only bad news for now is that the output plug is only available in 150 or so batches with 6-8 weeks delay.
I was trying to get some samples, but I might be forced to use other plugs or some from a bladecenter case for now.
The 3 pins power plug is quite easy to get.

for the blade center PSU - will you make a break out board or similar to hook the supply line into?  Unlike a regular PSU - these ones don't have the standard plug on the back side.  I've seen other PSU this way as well - and they all had that same 3 tab hook up.  I've tried to solder to those tabs in the past unsuccessfully.

Any idea how loud these are?  I'd be in for a few of these boards, I'll just replace the other mismatched stuff I'm using now.

As for the noise, they will be loud, the fans are probably the same 60x38mm used in many HP servers.

I've noticed this 3 pins connector for the power line. To solder to the tabs, you will need at least Flux, and maybe to remove the gold plating on them.
The mating part is 6-8 weeks delay from the manufacturer, but there might be other options.
I'll confirm them once I receive the PSU after a few tests.
