Its quite clear that these are either stolen giftcards (Unlikely, $40,000 bailey's giftcard? Really?), but more likely your just a scammer. Since these are so cheap you should give out a few to trusted members to verify your not scamming.
No what doge digital is saying is that if the item ordered using the gift card arrived then he will pay. Of this is legit i might pick up $5000 but I doubt it is
