Still off for me, Germany.
This has happened to me numerous times over the past few weeks and its simply that the site cannot handle the amount of traffic hitting it.
In all cases it has come back after a while.
It usually happens around the same time that China wakes up.
The error message is a bit frightening but I think thats a default message from Incapsula and not from Bitstamp itself.

Successfully logged on via tor a few times over the last hour. Still spotty.
My bet is technical issue for sure.
So the same for me, just when I decided to withdraw my coins....
Back online, at least for me.
All the more reason we need to keep pushing through to a fully decentralized exchange.
So lame and unprofessional, this discredits the whole idea of automated trading on Bitstamp.

Don't worry there is some problem with site internally .. Incapsula blocking request.
Bitstamp works sometimes now, so it's "just" technical.

I don't have any coins on Bitstamp but that would suck if there was a large hack or coin stealing owner, considering it's an important exchange.
