Tha exchange is cool, why you are selling now ?
I mean what kind of update do I need to make it more secure ?

I sell the exchange due lack of time. I spent more than 15 hours a day in dec 2013 - Feb 2014 to keep the exchange alive, unfortunately number of exchanges rose from 3 (dec 2013) to maybe 25 (march 2014 - until now)

And I was not lucky enough, skilled enough, to be top or one of the tops.

There was cryptorush.in scam, where devianttwo (owner) took around 1000 btc from clients, so reputation of all small exchanges was dramatically decreassed Sad

To answer your question:
There are no known security issues. Script is unique and build from basics.

If you want to run your own exchange you have to spend 10+ hours a day in front of pc, you have to have unique ideas and must differ from others, you have to take customers from current established exchanges (mintpal, cryptsy) to suceed Wink

Is the current bid 0.1102 BTC or .35 BTC (not sure if the latter is legitimate)?

Yes 0.35 btc is legitimate if bidder pays if he wins Wink

If not, 2nd highest bid was made via PM few days ago - 0.3 Btc

Is there any buy-it-now price ? I do not see any.

I bid 0.35 Btc for now

I am sorry for my negative trust, there is one primitive called keyzersoze, thisweekscoin, real name Aleksandar Vujanov from Serbia, he is stupid person who has no brain. More informations here:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=624588.new#new

He is suspect in cryptorush.in case where 1000 btc were stolen.

I am not cheater and my bid is valid, I will put my bid money to escrow if needed

More importantly - under your countries law, have you got the consent of each of your registered users to transfer their information outside of your country?
(EU Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC) (Act No. 428/2002 Coll. the Data Protection Act, as amended)

PS I know you don't particularly want to trade with me; but I might be interested in making an offer.....
(oh wait - I am not allowed to post in this thread, you keep removing my posts (including one with a bid))

Where is the site's privacy policy, and where does it allow transfer of customer data in case of an acquisition/sale/auction?

There is no link for privacy policy.
