Where is the site's privacy policy, and where does it allow transfer of customer data in case of an acquisition/sale/auction?

or maybe I did not write it correclty. Hosting for site is paid until 26th June. And I dont want to prolong it thats why I will "migrate" website to new owner right after auction ends.
So yes it is sale of script + databaze + domain etc ..
