I would like to request my miners be transferred to the new "professional centre"

I feel the power supply in this new "simple centre" is too unreliable.

Ok so if I had professional hosting last week and did not do anything to switch where is my miner now? On simple hosting or still on professinal? BTW it is totally to the contrary to the term "professional". What is the situation with the data centres? I am eager to buy much more miners however I need to be sure you have stable DC for at least 4-5 months.

it is true that some miner went to wrong place
i will buy some new dragon in professional data center and switch them to you, so there will be no downtime for your guys
2) it is true that some miner have problem, maybe i give two miner to the same guys, since many miner on my book need update, i will check it and resolve it
3) coco is our for some thing of her home, so i will responsible for the track of down miner before her back

I don't remember ever instructing my miner to be moved in the first place?

I've had 2-3 days now where the miner has been up and down and fluctuating.

I must admit, it has been fine for the past couple of months, I don't understand why everything has suddenly changed.
we have to close the data center and move the miner to the simple data center, then your host fee will adjust, but some miner should be sent to another professional data center in taizhou, but went to wrong place, so if you fell uncomfortable, please let me know, i will arrange another switch

Still, I've emailed in support, done the google form and emailed you personally and it is still not accepting my username and password.

I must admit, it has been fine for the past couple of months, I don't understand why everything has suddenly changed.

He sent an email saying that the original Professional datacenter was closing and you could choose to do nothing and your miner would be moved to the new professional datacenter, or you could elect to move your minter to the budget datacenter with lower hosting fees.

My patience is running out.  I have used the form, I have been in contact with a [email protected] about my down miner, I have done everything I possibly can and my miner is still down.
