Hi
All the wallets on all the games are regularly filled. Sometimes the software
will lock a user if it detects hacking or bots etc. Best not to play if you are not
allowed to cash out. We are checking if some of the settings need to be adjusted.
I would point out that you can't loose on the games. You are only excluded from
playing for a period. Always cash out after every play or win. Sometimes the wallets
can run out if there is an unexpected increase in users.

The "cash in " in android-slots works all around the Clock and "cash out" said " try it later" , that is not ok. If that is in a real Casino, the police comes and close the Casino.
