The dev was too lazy. it was 100% clone of VIVO before they made a fix and the dev did not change anything since.

Well ..you see , this is a dead project . Since it is dash fork, dev gets a lot of coins (15% ? ) from every block .He thought if community members help grow this project, he can dump coins and make $$ . But ASICs ruined mining and so the community . Sorry dev and RIP stap .

after i restarted stap daemon yesterday, it stoped synchronizing governance objects...

same as the following(dash)

solving problem was to do only version up.

i only did version-up stap daemon as dash forum, i could sync complete.

what checkpoints mean?

is the diff still high? why would anyone keep the power on it.

So no one else can get the coins and he/she will make great money if the coin goes to market. the wierdest thing is
he/she is wasting power mining coins against him/herself.
