Hello. I've been quietly watching the Xtrabytes project since April 2017. I've been holding since May. I am proud of the work this team has accomplished since those ancient times of 9-10 months ago.

To those of you who recently bought into XBY, I would like to present you with some evidence that uses what I'd like to call... PoF (proof of FUD) as its basis:

All of these accounts have 3 things in common:

1.) remarkably similar formatting (even the formatting of the usernames is similar)

2.) low post count

3.) almost all of them exist solely to FUD XBY (in addition to maybe 1 or 2 other coins). CryptonPrime has the same formatting as well, but this account takes changes pace on occasion and takes the unusual stance of arguing with the other shill accounts in favor of XBY.

Here he is the next day apologizing for the FUD. He goes on to make several more posts throughout the day saying that the coin was going to the moon and to buy in ASAP.

A little over 2 weeks later: candi77/helpingyuu/?? decided to send bitcointalk user smokim87 this wonderful piece of blackmail here, where he promises to delete all the FUD accounts for 10k XBY.

You little child stamp your feet and spit some accusations on the floor and everbody has to explain you, why you are wrong. You first have to proof, that you are right. But you failed to do that until now. Problem: You believe you did. And this is the real problem here.

If the code is patented and good, the dev should keep it safe. It is the heart of the project and the key to success. Nobody cares, if something is patented or not. If this code is a masterpiece, people will steal it. And if people from china or somewhere else steal the code, what will you do then ??

And your argument of the poor people who bought at ATH smells like fish. This is not an argument that applies specifically to XBY. It applies to the whole market.
You say, that 80% of the MC of XBY is gone.
60% of MC from the whole crypto market is gone!

After the big correction during the last weeks the MC of XBY is currenty bigger than nearly the whole year 2017! Why are you getting crazy???  The MC is currently three times higher than the average of 2017!

If you want to stop people loosing their investments, then go out and beware people from stepping into the crypto market. You say, that XBY lost 90%, but you are blinding out totally, what happpened to the whole market. Verge lost the same 87%. Ardor lost the same, NXT lost more - like many, many other coins. To make this 90% to a proof of your accusation is nothing else than bullshit.

The dev from XBY told from the beginning, that he won't release the code. This is what I knew after doing some research before I invested in this coin last year. Funny: You talk about 90% loss, I made 3200% in less than a year with XBY, and I base this calculation on the current price.

And I learned another thing after I did some research: This project is chronically short of cash and the dev is short of time for working on the project because of that. That's why xFuel was developped. And maybe this is the reason, why he sold coins?

In the last months, the team around XBY growed. The plan is to hire a CEO. And they are in pending patent status, means, that they have something to patent. And they need cash. All this looks normal and good to me.

What you are doing here candi77, or whoever you are, is spreading fake news to create FUD in order to get your revenge, for whatever. You're hiding truths from us so that it makes it seem like you're right. But you are not. You are twisting the truths. You are afraid of telling us who you are, because you know very clear, what you are doing here. Playing the good boy who wants to help others. But the truth is: You want your revenge and you don't care for anybody else than yourself.

I have a few  thousand Xby.hope to hold long as this is a new blockchain and if project will success there will be good profit.

I think that the main problem of this project is the lack of unity among developers and a lot of false accusations. I don't like this. But I hope that all problems will be solved. A project with such a good idea can not die so silly.

i've said it before but i'll say it again, the whole 'we're saving this scamcoin by building a new one for the victims' rarely covers the fact that it was buyable for dust in its dead state on yobit.

that nips a couple of problems in the bud. no need for an ICO or premine and an instant audience interested in the narrative. all they had to do was buy as much as possible under the radar and then announce their wonder plan.

everyone has to eat of course. it still leaves a cynical taste. i hope everything does come through for anyone who put some money in.

to summarize this is next gen or long term coin, super fast transactions per second, the most secure sha-512 encryption also very simple to use and any language can build applications. good advice: keep it until autumn and you will be surprised.

Question:

What makes you sure, that a project is already scam, if they don't release the whole code? Sorry - but that's bullshit. The developer can do what he wants to do. If he created something unique, it is his personal right to hold his code back. It his his own intellectual property. Like you are holding the name of your main account back...

I think, your sense of entitlement is way too big. And for a very long time it is known, that the developer won't show the whole code. Nothing new for me.
And yes: The developer can sell all his coins. There is no problem with it. But people like you make everything a problem. Does a developer hold many coins, you say that this is scam, because everything should be public. Does a developer sell his coins, you say it is scam, because he is dumping. Doesn't make sense to me.
Only one thing makes sense to me:

I don't care, what they are doing with their coins. Everyone is free to sell them. And as long we have patent pending status, it is needless to make accusations what will be released and what not. As you can see in the [ANN] thread: The whole team is very active. Lots of announcements, lots of newsletters. And this is no bla bla bla what they are spreading. You talk like an insider and I would appreciate to see you posting with your main account here. Maybe things look clearer then. By now it looks like, that you are only trying to manipulate the public for personal reasons or your own vendetta.

Borz has been selling off his coins for a while, didn't you look at the latest youtube?. CCR said that borz only had "a few" XBY and Borz stated on the forum that he had millions...how do you explain the millions that was sold off when they got them for 1 sat? Also if borz only has a "few" XBY, then you know he probably doesn't care as much about this project as when he had millions...doesn't that scream that the patent is a stall tactic?

.....also how is it normal to lose 90% price when virtually everyone except the founders brought in at a few cents and dont have millions and millions of XBY?
