Patents will come when they are done.

Lulz.

Oh, so legit, verifiable FACTS are FUD? There are numerous instances of the Xtrabytes team lying about the patents. Here’s a nice little album, you know, in case you ‘forgot’

Perhaps the team shouldn’t go around lying about the patents in an effort to pump the coin then 🤷🏻‍♂️

Making statements and claims that you know to be false with the intention of enriching oneself is the very definition of fraud.

But don’t take my word for it, maybe take Oxford Dictionary’s word for it:

fraud [frôd] noun:
1. wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain.
2. a person or thing intended to deceive others, typically by unjustifiably claiming or being credited with accomplishments or qualities.

Team members claiming the patents would be granted or patent pending status would be given when they knew full well that the applications hadn’t even been submitted, thus making it impossible for their claims to be true, is outright fraud. It is the very definition. There is no grey area.

Maybe one of these days you can actually refute my claims and answer my questions and everyone elses’s, rather than just shouting ‘FUD’ or attacking people. Just a thought.

If the tech is real, it shouldn’t be that difficult.

Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

Perhaps your team of retarded unemployed lawyers can get on that then. You have been banging on for a year now that you were reporting this to the authorities and you have done nothing.

You are FULL OF SHIT

Disclaimer: I'm NOT a team member or Chuggs  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

More personal attacks. Still no retorts.

Why do y’all have such a difficult time answering questions?

Right. You’re not a team member... you just believe in Xtrabytes so much, despite there being absolutely no proof of the tech existing. That’s logical.

Thats some weak ass logic there. It's a scam because it has taken 2 months longer than "the average". You do know how averages work right?

And if one patent takes 18 months on average as you claim then 5 might take a little longer.

Do you have your source of statistics to back up your 18 month average claim???

Maybe you should learn how to read. He said 18 months to be APPROVED. That means submitted, reviewed, decision made, and the patent to be granted (approved) or denied.

The entire process takes 18-24 months on average.

What I’d like to know is how Xtrabytes planned on getting patents in 2018 when they hadn’t submitted the applications... and still haven’t 🤔

It’s pretty damn difficult to get a patent if you don’t submit the paperwork... I’m willing to bet it’s impossible, even.

So when the team was spouting all their bullshit last year saying patents would be granted in summer of 2018, Q3FY2018, Q4FY2018, December 2018, and EOY2018, I’d love to know how they planned on that happening when they didn’t even submit the applications.

Is this a feature of Zoltchain?

they wont showcase the tech and want people to join the project anyways because the price is cheap

why are you not diversifying with your spare money instead of buying this?

besides chris didn't only own xfuel, he also owned xtrabytes and nodes since he believed in this project immensely (till he exit scammed basically). Do you think it's coincidence that multiple nodes broke and lots of sell orders for XBY went up as soon as chris left?

I am diversified already. But for now I prefer to stay out new projects and of those who developing the fifth wheel for the forks. Pumps and dumps - not interested, very low margins and very high risks. People are getting smarter, and actually starting to learn stuff about the blockchain, investing and trading.

Chris exit scammed is sad indeed, but I have no idea who own and broke this nodes and why. I know CCR and Borz have their nodes active, they are untoched - everything else is less important.

It does not really matter, Neloc. What is really matters I think is that XTRABYTES have a blockchain technology, and it is real and the existence of XBY blockchain technology has been confirmed by different people https://blog.xtrabytes.global/xtrabytes/xby-community/xtrabytes-video-discussion-after-the-ndas/ https://blog.xtrabytes.global/xtrabytes/xby-community/xtrabytes-ceo-answers-your-questions/ I think sooner or later they will submit patents and reveal this brand new blockchain tecnology. In the future XBY blockchain project is very cool I think, and XBY coin may be very expensive and xfuel token is very valuable too. So you better go and buy some XBY and Xfuel coins and hold while it is very cheap.

From CCRevolution on XBY Discord

[11:39 AM] CCRevolution: Some of you might have seen the post from Chris that is circulating and are wondering what it is all about.

While the content of his message is not new to us we are surprised he is posting this. We first tried to contact Chris to find out what his reasoning was behind his recent post but unfortunately Chris has been refusing to answer any of our questions for a considerable amount of time now.

Here is what we know:

Some time ago we discovered some inconsistencies (totalling about 7 million XFUEL) with one of the payroll wallets while looking into the XFUEL dumps that were happening on the WAVES exchange. When investigating the issue further we found out that someone had deposited and sold XFUEL on WAVES that came directly from one of our payroll wallets. The wallet in question was a payroll wallet for which Chris used to pay our contributors.

During that same investigation we also discovered that Chris had transfered the entire balance of his personal payout wallet to WAVES as well and sold it. Before we decided to confront Chris with these findings we wanted to get the payroll records that he was holding. When we asked Chris to provide these records he told us that the digital version was lost and all that was left were his handwritten notes.

This was also the time that Chris mentioned he had been contacted by US authorities but he didn't give any further information about this. When we asked more details about this and the payroll records he went silent and refused to reply to any of our messages.
Because we were unable to establish a line of communication with Chris and the fact that we were dealing with an internal leak at that time, we decided to suspend Chris from his access to the company server. He hasn't contacted us since this happened despite various attempts made by different teammembers. We have yet to get an answer to any of our questions from Chris.

[11:39 AM] CCRevolution: Prior to all of this Chris had been absent for some time because, according to his own statement at the time, he was "dealing with serious health issues."

We have since made great efforts to rebuild the payroll history using the information available on the blockexplorer and our time reporting system.

The reason we have not shared this with the community until now is because we did not have 100% proof (although IP's matched and wallet addresses are known we can not say for certain it was Chris who was at the keys at the moment of the transfers) and vague information about the true reasons behind Chris and his behavior and absence. So, we felt it was unfair towards Chris who had been supportive of the project since the beginning to bring this to the public without conclusive evidence or at least hear his version of the events. However since he recently came forward with (a part of) the information we feel the community has a right to the full story as we know it.

We have no idea what Chris's intentions were or are but we do find it rather odd that he refuses to answer any of our questions and somehow has no problem in casually dropping by in the public discord.

So to conclude, yes Chris has been suspended from the team for some time and we are waiting for him to respond to our messages so we can conclude this issue. And no, apart from Chris's own statement, we are not aware of any ongoing or concluded, official or unofficial investigation by any US authority into the team or Chris personally. So unless Chris comes forward with more information about this we know as much about this as the rest of the community.

To answer the obvious question regarding future payouts: a new contributor tracking portal is being built which will include a process for payouts requiring 3 separate signoffs before XFUEL can be sent out of the corporate wallet. In the mean time, payouts are being handled by the founders.
