Hey, you guys.... keep up the withdraws from Bter...

They are limiting us to 10,000 XCR a day per account. It will take me weeks to get all my XCR out at this rate, but we are working on having Lin remove the limit.

We need to get Bter down below 30 Million, or 30% of XCR to enable DPOS.

You will need your XCR in your private wallet in order to vote for a Delegates in DPOS.  The votes are 1 vote per XCR, so 10,000 XCR gives you 10,000 votes.

Also, forming a delegate requires a XCR fee.  You will need your XCR for that as well.

Poloinex is open for all trading, deposits and withdraws if you want to keep your XCR on an exchange.  Polo is a good place to sell XCR right now, as there is 9 BTC of orders outstanding there to buy XCR.

Why does it always download blockchain after I install new version? Shouldn't it be stored somewhere on the computer?

The larger problem is that it needs 5 mins to load the blocks. This is slower than Bitcoin.

What do you mean? Can you explain in detail?

Well I start the client on a 3.3 GHz Core i5 and a SSD, the window comes up and loads the 250k blocks which takes 5 minutes.

I confused loading blocks during launching the client with synchronization. My bad.

Everybody needs to get their XCR out of there and into their own wallets with 2nd passphrase activated!!! Hope they get Lin to uncap the limit ASAP. This entire process needs to happen for XCR to have any chance at staying alive.

Withdrawals from Bter work just fine.

Hi,

I haven't followed crypti for a while but I understand that it is going to switch to DPOS. Any plans to sharedrop crypti coins to Bitshares holders in order to attract their support? I think airdropping to the bitshares community who made DPOS a reality is a good marketing strategy that will help crypti adoption.

Hello,

no we are not planning to do a sharedrop to them. We are only using the idea of DPoS from them, i.e. 101 delegates which are taking care of the forging. Our implementation is completely different, we didn't use any of their toolsets or code.

We still hope that true DPoS believer from Bitshares will come to us and take a look at Crypti. They are always welcomed! Smiley

Why does it always download blockchain after I install new version? Shouldn't it be stored somewhere on the computer?

It's stored on your Crypti folder. Named "blockchain.db".

Then I guess it was deleted along with the old wallet during installation of the last version.

Probably yes, if youmuse Windows. Soon the user doesn't need to host the blockchain anymore. Wink

Yeah I know, Light Wallet is coming Smiley Looking forward to it.

Me too. Smiley

Bter withdrawals activated

Finally! After we sent the newest Crypti client v0.1.9g to Bter yesterday (it was midnight in China), they responded to us this morning.

Lin the owner of Bter activated the withdrawal of XCR. Right now the maximum cap is 10,000 XCR. They are raising this cap step-by-step, but first it's important to know if everything is working.

I just tried to withdraw 5 XCR and it's working! Smiley

So, before you withdraw make your it's working for you as well. E.g. withdraw a few hundred XCR first.

Thank you all, for staying with us.

If you want to know more about Crypti's future, check out our roadmap.

Probably it'd make sense to add the info to the ANN and make it easier to understand. Like:

Crypti Wallet
DPoS integration: March-July 2015
Light wallet (Crypti Lite): March 2015
New UX / UI: April-May 2015
App market: May-June 2015
Visual designer: July-August 2015

etc.

Hey yes.

Quite a mess with the OP, I wrote a completely new OP ready for v0.2.0. With new graphics and so on. I posted it on the team child board on CryptiTalk.com, sadly the hosters database crashed and they couldn't recover it. Sad

So everything, including the forum is away. I will re-write a completely new OP soon. A new forum is coming in the following days.

I simply copied an image of the excel sheet into the OP. I think it's ok for now.
