I wonder how many days left for the Windows wallet, any ETA? There are lots of people who will join us when the windows wallet is ready I guess...

I'm eagerly waiting for it as well, I hate to have a lot of wealth locked at exchanges. Now if only we could persuade Bter to take their 1% of coins and ease withdrawal fee ...

Is web wallet forging working?

Yes, It works, but not how you thought.

XCR forges PER NODE.  All the web wallets are on the same node, so all the web wallets are forging and the fees are going to the Foundation.

Thanks for clarifying. Interesting.

Has anyone had a chance to upgrade and get 0.1.6c running? We want to ensure we aren't seeing the syncing and other issues people were noting in the previous version.
Cubietruck still starting ~1 hour, somehow i have no button for forging panel on VPS - had to edit config to make it forging  Roll Eyes

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Available Now!
Did you pay attention to NODE's opening market at Bter?
Do you consider it a flop or a success? Currently paying 140sats per node.

success, anyone who bought it before the last 60 auctioned stake is making a killing ROI wise.

Just to keep everyone posted, we've been working on getting some of the data copied over to the new Wiki as well. It's starting to get a little more fleshed out, so feel free to give it a look. Let us know what else you want to see in there!

http://wiki.crypti.me/index.php/Welcome_to_Crypti_Wiki!

All API calls available. I inspected the code a little bit, I don't think I saw all API calls. If yes, then we need more. Smiley

It's not full list, i will describe more.

Thanks. Smiley

But imo Crypti's devs are much more professional with a clear goal. I say invest in the people behind the project. NODE devs seem technically competent but have made too many incompetent mistakes in every other category.
I agree with this Wink

If your buy in price was below 140 sats it's a success. If you buy, for example, at 200 sats it's a flop.
So for guys who bought at 1 BTC per stake it's a flop.

Has anyone had a chance to upgrade and get 0.1.6c running? We want to ensure we aren't seeing the syncing and other issues people were noting in the previous version.

It was running well for us in tests (I ran nodes for 2 days with no issues), but it seems like we see the issues creep up once everyone on different platforms and systems starts running their nodes so any feedback would be appreciated!

Thanks guys!

Been running great here. The initial download is much faster and the rescan after a restart is as well. Forging turns on as expected via the admin panel etc. No issues yet.

Thanks! Glad to hear it. Keep us posted over the next 24 hours or so. We want to make sure all of the nodes maintain sync and don't have any issues.

Will definitely keep you posted. I'm also interested in testing early builds when available. I'm currently running 2 dedicated nodes. One at home and the other on digital ocean with nginx in front for ssl. I damn near have the install process memorized now. Can update versions in minutes now lol.

Why the such high withdrawal fee for XCR on bter(1%)?

This question has been asked and answered three times already.........BY ME.  Dont you guys read the previous posts???

ANYWAY..... the 1% fee is the escrow fee that BTER charges for hosting the IPO/pre-sale.  Bter chose to deduct it from the XCR withdrawals as they occur, instead of taking 1% of the genesis block.  SO....... whoever withdraws XCR from Bter, pays the 1% fee.

Figure this in when you purchase from another investor.

This can't make much of an explanation. taking 1% until the end of times is >= 1 at best (assuming those funds need to at least exit once from their platform)
The 1% fee should be one time event or limited by time. it can't be moved between investors like hot potato until the end of times.
We can guess the natural behavior where the mass of the volume will stay on Bter for a long time.  We can't accept worsening the trading experience for our token on this platform.
Even if the volumes will move to a different platform, we can't allow the discrimination of the token against other tokens on a platform which we are trading in.
Also, instead of choosing to take the fee from the funds that been invested, they choose to deduct it from the tokens being brought? I can't remember they notified and prompted this fact properly on their platform when buying, but my memory may deceive me.

I don't think we can justify or ignor this.

Edit: actually, I was looking into buying a nice round number, with intention to redraw my newly brought token. If I was aware of this fee, I would have try to put it in my calculations. So no memory loss this time..
Edit2: although the numbers are relative, this still conceptually little bit piss me off

NODE, which started trading on Bter today, also has a 1% fee plus 1 NODE for withdrawal.
