So my conclusion is when it's on exchange, price will be down quickly, just as SWARM,safecoin.

The pre-sale will finish after 30 days, the post pre-sale potential dump with later recovery (FB example) was discussed several times.

regarding the ipo, i am a bit confused.
On one hand, the total supply has a limit of 100M units. On the other hand, I dont see any indication that there is a cap to the amount to be raised (i.e 30day period with 30% bonus on the first day and 0% bonus on the last). So cost per unit will increase as the amount raised increases right?
Or 500BTC is the limit?

So we have the next Swarm and maidsafe. No ROI for early investors, only huge risks. But we can dump them for 50% after launch.
OMG the next hated project. How can you do that?
They use vesting and escrow only channel for IPO. That is more important and shows devs long-term plans which is more significant than satisfying greed of several "potential" investors. Think in long-term. Why people always think about fast money in short-term...
For smart ones vesting and escrow only channel for IPO, should show that it's all not about stealing someones money and disappearing. Don't be so greedy. Want benefits? Invest in first day of IPO and you will get 30% bonus.

Let's think about psychological effects. Right now I have a chance to buy into this IPO but if I don't and the price sky rockets on the exchange later, I'm going to think "missed that one" and move on.
Put it this way, if the price goes down and you loose, you will kick yourself, but if the price rockets and you did not buy, you will kick yourself even harder.

Of course that will happen with most coins without a cap.

Just a slight correction, SWARM is crowd-funding for a new crypto-based incubator which hasn't offered anything substantial yet (beyond nice web-site and copyrighting), while Crypti is a real new product that already released public version, and is continuously being worked on.
My thoughts on possibly post-sale dumping are aligned with Grexx, and I fully agree that what counts is the team execution, rather then short-term speculations.
