As I indicated, v1.36 was just for testing,
v1.37 will be released tonight, it will require 100 XC's to be an XNode
Also the Encrypted Messaging beta could be released for testing by the end of the week...stay tuned

Sooo... Looking at the chart you mentioned I see breakout from the downchannel(s). And reversal on low volume.

XC has been really disappointing. Good thing it's just a DRK hedge for me.
Considering how many DRK trolls were deployed I think it has done very well and is coming back now.... Dev has proven himself and there is a very exciting future to now look forward to...
